ordered a bunch of sandwiches but didn't really love any of them. flavors seemed bland and texture wasn't great for some. i ordered one with turkey avocado and cucumber, it was a bit mushy in texture and had very little taste.

Food was good but I saw some of those msyoginstic barstool guys while ordering. They were really obnoxious and rude and made my time at the establishment not very customer friendly

Asked if we could stand and eat our sandwiches in shop the guy behind the counter nearly pooped in pants!!! As with most New York eating establishments if you show ID and Vaccination card you can eat in...NYC is really out of control the food was ok!!! Stop being a being ridiculous!

It's fine for a Potbelly, they're efficient. Sandwiches are fine, you get what you pay for. Wouldn't sit and eat as tables don't seem to be particularly clean.

Chicken sandwich was not up to par. Chicken had a bit of a funny taste like it was in the refrigerator for too long. Definently not a fresh taste. I dont believe I will be coming back again to Potbelly.
