It’s such a shame. The food was really great I was getting a skinny combo as shown on the menu and the cashier was telling me it didn’t exist and proceeded to only sell me the small sandwich for 8 instead of the sandwich chips and drink for that skinny combo price. I shouldn’t have to tell them what’s on the menu.

The Casher lady has a nasty attitude, which makes us feel uncomfortable and all my coworkers feel the same way to the point that I stopped going to potbelly. May be she can take a lesson on customer service and attitude to clients. Sad to see a business loose sale because of service.

I recently visited the Potbelly location in Union Square, and unfortunately, the customer service was non existent. The staff seemed disengaged and unwelcoming—no greetings, no smiles, and no effort to create a positive experience. I felt like I was being rushed through the line rather than treated like a customer.
The food was decent, which makes the lack of basic courtesy from the staff even more disappointing. A friendly attitude and some simple professionalism would go a long way in improving this location.
I hope management takes the time to address the service issues here.

The lady who took my order damn near three years ago was rude asl and I deadass never came back. Y'all got it, but the food slapped though. I would come back and risk getting verbally harassed again just for a crumb of that Italian sub.
