Well, I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and they forgot the chicken salad. I know it’s a hard job, but c’mon.

Their sandwiches are consistently delicious no matter which location you go to.

The rudest people we've ever met. They make Subway Sandwiches look gourmet. They seem to care less if you're their customer or not.

Staff was very friendly!! I got the a wreck and chicken potpie soup. The sandwich is not that filling if you are super hungry so get a side like chips/soup/etc. I recommend doing the pick and pair option to save money. There is a decent amount of seating inside. The store is hard to find because it looks dark but it is open. I've always been a fan of potbelly and love that it is in NYC!

They left out half the order, what was delivered was substandard. The Chicken PotPie Soup was missing the “crust” , thin and too salty. The sandwich was so ugly! It looked like someone stepped on it. Bland minimal filling. Even the cookie was underbaked - raw in the middle. Just terrible in every way. Do not recommend !! Run, don’t walk away !

Potbelly's is my favorite fast food sandwich shop. They have several signature subs to choose from and you can customize them with toppings to your liking. The vegetarian sandwich used to include only mushrooms and cheese, but in the last few years they have added avocado to it as well. This is awesome because avocado used to be offered for an upcharge. The sandwich includes three types of cheeses. I love that they toast the bread so it's warm and crunchy and the cheese melts nicely. They offer white or multigrain bread and have a unique thin cut option for those who are watching their carbs. The best part of the menu for me is the hot peppers. These are decently spicy with a pickled kick. I'm always disappointed when I order delivery because they don't add enough of them to the sandwich.I also enjoy their broccoli cheddar soup, which is hearty with chunks of broccoli and carrots. Their mac and cheese isn't the best as it doesn't have a baked top layer or any texture, but some may enjoy how smooth and creamy it is. Their sugar cookies are the perfect post-sandwich treat. They are soft baked with crunchy edges.

I love their subs here and the service is always great too. They have a wonderful menus election and the service staff are one of a kind.

I ordered the Avocado & Turkey sub for dinner, got home and there was absolutely NO AVOCADO in it (or cucumbers for that matter). How was I charged for this when I didn’t receive what I actually ordered?!! This shop cuts corners and expects the customer to pick up the slack.

I ordered lunch and they canceled my delivery nearly an hour after I placed it. They had ample time to do so but didn't until nearly 2 pm. Horrible and unapologetic. $14 per sandwich + a delivery charge + a "service" fee! Stay awayI was contacted by a regional manager who provided little assistance other than signing up for their rewards program but did nothing to correct what had transpired

I took someone here for a lunch date. I ordered their Italian sandwich and felt disappointed by how little they give you in the way of meats and cheeses. The bread is also very dry. The date also did not go well, which didn't help. Overall, it's really not a place I'd recommend.Vegetarian options: There are a variety of sandwich options
