Really big shout out and incredibly thankful to Jason the store manager on 14th! I had a very large catering order and he helped me carry them to my car. He made a stressful experience of a large pick up for work seamless and he did it with a smile on his face! It goes such a long way when someone is nice/helpful!! THANK YOU JASON!!

Im almost for certain that my drink was tampered with today. An Asian cashier/preparer was there. He made my drink and while I was on the phone I turned away and he quickly walked in the back with my drink and immediately dumped ice in it when he came back. I through it away. I believe he might have spit in the drink. I do not like when food that is usually prepared in front of is traveled around! With all the required items up front I believe he may have spit in the cup and continued the drink! I believe this happened just before 12 noon. If you are a manager or regional manager or anyone with access to the cameras please review your cameras. He was so nervous when he came back he was sweating a lot after. I believe he tampered with my drink and this is very common in NYC.

I have to say, the Açaà bowl was THE BEST I've ever eaten, perfect texture, flavor and good proportion. The idea that they had samples in an icebox was appreciated. Clean preparation area. Sierra and Julien were great, so polite, informative and had great suggestions. I really recommend this place, guilt free and satisfying!

Everyone who works at this presses is very nice and helpful. There isn’t room to sit, so don’t expect that. Sometimes they run out of freeze flavors, so don’t show up too late at night.
I'm giving this five stars for the Açai Lemon Blueberry Crumble Sundae. That was really good, and not too sweet. And the staff is great.

I usually don’t go out of my way to write reviews, but two days ago I got the energy bowl and I actually CLEANED my bowl.
I kinda expected it to taste like your average bowl with fruits but it was so good. I also thought it that the serving size looked small but it was actually quite filling!
The bee pollen was absolutely delicious and the fruits were great.
On top of that the workers were really friendly. Thank youuuuuu

The nicest staff (and conversation), and some excellent, dairy-free freeze! Incredible that the vanilla freeze is made only from 4 ingredients (oats, vanilla bean, almonds, dates). I look forward to embellishing this vegan soft serve with more toppings next time. Delightful stop!
