Perhaps I just ordered the wrong item. The chocolate banana smoothie was not a smoothie at all. It tasted water downed and didn’t have any substance to it. The freezes look better. Just disappointed that this was my first experience here. Guess I’ll stick to Juice Generation.

I usually don’t write reviews but this felt necessary.I ordered a cleanse today at 8:50 to pick up before work (it was supposed to be ready at 9:01 when the store opens). I live two blocks away so I got there right at 9 and there was a sign on the door that said “in bathroom be back in 5”. I waited a whole 10 minutes to be greeted with the utmost rude attitude when I walked in. The young woman didn’t acknowledge my presence, ask how I could be helped, or even apologize for being in the bathroom for 10 mins and the store not being open . When I told her I placed an order under my name instead of getting it for me she said “it’s in the fridge” and made me get it myself. I have been a customer for a very long time and I’ve never experienced this kind of service before. Not even a “have a good day” when I left. She was in a pissy mood and it honestly ruined my whole morning. I didn’t get her name but she definitely needs to check her attitude at the door. Maybe don’t work a customer service job if you’re going to be rude to the customer. It was my first experience at this store since I’ve recently moved to the area and I was not happy at all with my experience.Juices are 10/10 though!
