I visited this Pressed location on 2/13 and while I completely forget the name of the girl helping me, she was so kind! She offered me samples of juice shots and told me all about the different options and their benefits. She deserves a shout out!

Staff untrained and rude. I see an offer on my app that says try this new drink for $3 as vip perk. (Available in store too). But before I could even ask to apply the staff deducts the full non offer amount from my balance and asked me to pay even more as the balance was a little short for the non offer amount. Would neither apply the coupon nor let me cancel it?♂️

I ordered a pickup through classpass but the staff was away for a bathroom break. I waited for half an hour but they were still not back :( I wasn’t able to cancel the order either. There was a short line of people waiting for pickup and apparently this happens at this location quite a lot. Don’t try to order ahead here!

(12/06/23) I just got the chocolate protein smoothie and realized that the expiration date of the drink has passed. The staff tried to exchange the item, but apparently all of them in the fridge were in the same condition, and he had to open a new box. I want to believe that they didn't intentionally leave the expired items in stock, but the manager or staff members definitely need to check them often and carefully since most customers for this particular place would just grab it and go. The smoothie is good - I'm a long-time vip member - but I definitely suggest checking on the expiration date before you leave!
