Ordered a falafel “panini” why did they give it to me in a THIN BURRITO WRAP. Place is the worst.

I ordered a salad. When the chef finished, I saw that he had hung the kitchen tongs on the edge of the trash bin. The chef noticed that I saw it, and he immediately closed the window in front of me. I told the cashier and said I couldn't eat it, but he replied, 'But he already made it.' It was so disgusting. 🤢🤮🤮🤮

Very nice deli, the owner is very kind person and very good customer service especially in the afternoon

The worst deli in Washington Heights. The soda is piss-warm. It's never cold. They keep their fridge set at 55f. This is why the milk and juice are always spoiled. And they give bad customer service. Always treating the hospital staff like king and queens. And treat the rest of us like dirt. I hate this deli.

They are crooks!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I ordered a salad, and they charged me double the price. I only wanted five toppings included, but every time I asked if one more was included, they said yes. And when I complained, they just ignored and pressured me! They pretend not to speak English to rip you off. Avoid this place!

Convenient since open for 24 hours, but they sold me spoiled milk.

The lady working the front was very unhelpful to the customers in front of me when they asked if they could use EBT. She was rude in the way she let them know it wasn’t excepted also didn’t let them know there was a charge for a plastic bag. For this to be a deli in Washington heights I’m surprised how they acted I will never step foot in that establishment again for sure.

I asked for a smoothie, their fruits were not fresh and they used strawberries they were mushy with discoloration. They used the same tongs to grab everything, cross contamination on the foods. Don’t recommend coming here.

Prestige Cafe & Deli is so good - this is a great spot to grab a quick bite in the neighborhood of Washington Heights!! It's located on Fort Washington Avenue in NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, so it's the perfect spot for a quick snack run (especially for the hospital employees). This place is clean + well-kept, and the staff are very helpful!

We’re lucky to live steps away from Prestige, but if you’re anywhere near the hospital or the Armory, this is the deli for you! The food selection and sandwiches are great, and the workers there have been generous and caring with my three-year old for the better part of his life at this point. He’s always asking to go to the deli for a lollipop and dinosaur juice — the green monster smoothie! While these are great, I think he’s happiest of all to see the people who work there.

I ordered a steak quesadilla and the old man who made it was so rude and condescending. He tossed my order on the counter, I had to confront him about being unnecessarily disrespectful. Prestige Cafe DO BETTER!

Prestige is clutch. They were open on Christmas when I needed them. Good snacks and good food. The paninis go hard and the burger/fries and a drink deal is excellent.
