The people and the coffee/pastries/prepared food are really terrific. Been coming to this location since they opened a few years ago. I can tell it's a struggle to get staff to come in during the pandemic, winter storms and the related MTA shut-downs. People want their coffee and don't want to wait. We are all stressed by the inconvenience related to this mess. Let's cut 'em some slack. Or else we'll have to drink Starbucks or 7-Eleven 8^(

This place just reopened and I must say that Ken & Kiki are doing an amazing ? job. Always polite and attentive. Also has out door seating.

I don't come here that often, it's usually a place I stop by if I'm on the go and I want a quick snack like a sandwich. They now have a veggie section which is awesome and a huge plus! Quite a few vegan sandwich options- not as substantial as I'd like but it's great that they're accesible. Pret in the UK is beyond vegan friendly (veggie Pret's abound) so I'd love to see even more vegan options here, perhaps vegan pastries and croissants as well. Also love how they don't charge extra for plant milk like so many other cafes- another huge plus!

Great little place. The music and staff were awesome. Had a 16 oz coffee and egg white and bacon brioche and both were amazing. A little over $8.00. would recommend and I would return myself

It's not perfect, but staff is always nice. The food is good for the price, it always tastes fresh. I personally like the standing sitting situation, usually stop to do some school work for a little bit.

Pret is one of my favorites chains in New York. Their butter croissant is one of the best. I’m always on the search for the best croissant, and their small cups with salmon and quinoa or the one with tomatoes and eggs, Snack size of only 200 calories are perfect. The soups are delicious too.

So happy they brought back their thanksgiving sandwiches!! This is the best season ever!! Really hit the thanksgiving cravings. It has stuffing, cranberry sauce, mayo, spinach, and carrots
