This is not a negative review for this location but instead one specific personFor reference, I come up this pret every single day without a doubt and always get a drink with my partnerToday, I did not get a drink but my partner did (not to mention we are members) and moments after my partner leaves one of the employees seemingly a manager is dragging chairs around so carelessly and loudly that it disrupts everyone sittingWhile I didn’t know it was a worker at first I had looked up making eye contact apparently making a displeased face, so she came up to me and decided to call me out for not having a food or drink with me and that customers are waiting for my tableTo which I do get, but like I said my partner had just left and I am here EVERY SINGLE DAY. Anyways I went to order because I understand how it may lookEven though I am a member who is always paying and therefore a customer regardlessBut it was the fact that she came up to me out of spite and was intentionally rude about it is where my issue comes fromAnd that there was in fact no one waiting for my table as she’d saidThis is also not my first run in with her as once before after me and my partner had ordered she had actively mocked my order to our facesThis was a very negative experience and although I love this Pret and all of the other baristas I have here, she is the reason I feel so inclined to write this negative review

If I had an option, I would have given them 0 stars. They mess up the orders. The barista there is rude. I ordered for a Large Latte today. They make me wait for 10 mins and then get me a Capiccino. When I inform then that I ordered a Latte, she rudely says, its the same. Very very rude. Worst service ever.

The stuff at 11am 10/14 seemed like they do not know how to use the pick up system. Wasted my time ordering the same drink in store, and they asked me to pay for my sandwich ordered online again. I was in a rush, so I was extremely disappointed for the wait and their unprofessionalism.

The food is great, it's good quality and always fresh. Beautiful salads, great sandwiches, lots of little bites like yogurt parfait or an egg w arugula. It's a great selection and the coffee bar is wonderful, the down side is this spot is touristy, usually no seating, bathroom is downstairs and kind of grimy. The lower stars are for price, it's very expensive for ready made prepackaged stuff but the quality is good. Chicken avo sandwich is great, all of the salads are good, burata pesto tops the list, the mini brownie is a perfect treat. Soup, salad, drink and brownie bite would add up to $30-$40 per meal.

Freshly made food, plenty of organic choices, taste great and healthy ? it takes only one sip of the tomato and feta soup to feel the difference and feel the love ?

17$ salads with rotten lettuce. This is the lettuce before I threw the other half out. You could get sick from this. Be careful people.

Convenient place for healthy sandwiches that won’t leave you feeling bloated afterwards.

A month ago I got a small soup and half sandwich for $11. Today I got a small soup and two half sandwiches and it was $22. Either they've drastically raised their prices recently or the cashier overcharged me. Either way, it's not a good look.

Got a shakshuka, a banana muffin, and an apple crisp hot chocolate (seasonal). The shakshuka is surprisingly good and on the spicy side of things, the muffin was yummy and not dry, the hot chocolate is very good for a rainy day but generally not worth the 500 calories.

They discriminate depends on how you look like. I literally asked for iced coffee and they said they didn’t have. Then the 2 people behind me ordered coffee and suddenly they have coffee and it is on the house. Hell no!! What the hell? How does that make sense. Avoid this place

You need to give these people a raise! The nicest customer service I've encountered in NYC!!
