Used to be my go-to sandwich shop when I was in college. Food was surprisingly good for the price, always fresh. Would go back again but I have a job now and no longer live in Manhattan. Sometimes things are just better that way.

Went to buy a soup from here got to the counter and it had mould and food down the side of it i alerted the manager who proceeded to ignore
So I just left if they can't keep the front counter clean god knows what the kitchen will look like ..

Not sure what the difference is between cappuccino i asked for and coffee with milk that they poured , maybe that the one they made was also cold… third day after buying their club Pret subscription, third day of disappointment

Selany is incompetent and unprofessional. Her manners is below par and physical presentation is sloppy. She needs to be retrained in every area. The food at Union square location is also the worst quality of all location. Do not recommend.
