We love this 1410 Broadway Pret, everyone is so nice & polite. We go in every morning like seeing our friends there. Danette, Elain, Keidy, Diana & especially Sean Morales he handles situation fast & efficient! Their manager Abril always greet everyone with a smile & good to start your day with nice gesture! Very impressed and have a joyful time with them, this whole team is amazing!!

Hi, so i been going into Pret for a few months and I have to say, this Pret has to have the worst customer service and on top every time I order a drink, the amount on the cup is less and less. What is the point of paying for a subscription when they will not give you what you ask for ??♀️

This is part of a chain that offers healthy food, with lots of vegetarian items and a few vegan items, all fresh and grab-and-go. There is a bunch of comfortable seating indoors, and a large pedestrian mall on the street for outdoor eating. This place is fine--but there are loads of other vegan-friendly places on this or the next block--not all of which are listed on Happy Cow--that are better, such as Just Salad, Hale and Hearty, Sweetgreen, Naya, Cava, and Pain Quotidien.
