Very rude employee, bad customer service. Other Pret is way more cleaner and more friendly. This place is very crazy.

Managers and team members are more interested in talking to each other than in working. I keep taking pauses coming in here in hopes that it'll change but it doesn't. Today I went in around 11:30 and there were 5 people clocked in... I'm assuming manager was wearing black/white top. Only 1 person out of the group was working (slowly but polite). A bag from sticky's chicken spot was on the counter and just everyone doing anything but working. This company has really dropped their guest service. Maybe they should also drop prices to match. Otherwise do better and follow up more on the environment these managers are creating...

Had the chance to come in contact with a very rude employee who yelled at me for using their charging outlet. I would recommend people to come here if you like poor customer service and yelling ladies.

Hi, so i been going into Pret for a few months and I have to say, this Pret has to have the worst customer service and on top every time I order a drink, the amount on the cup is less and less. What is the point of paying for a subscription when they will not give you what you ask for ??♀️

This location constantly forgets my order or gets it wrong. A real example of me trying to order an iced tea at this Pret:server: "What can I get you?"me, trying to be very clear since I'm wearing a mask: "I'll have an iced black tea"server: "What kind of milk?"me, confused: "no milk..."server: "okay"(the server goes to make the drink)server: "wait what kind of milk do you want?"me: "no milk please"server: "but....it's a latte...."me: "no, I wanted an iced black tea"server: "ohhhh, but you said latte"This is when they remember to make my drink. If not, I'll just order my drink, stand aside, then wait indefinitely while everyone else served after me gets their coffee until I have to go up and say "excuse me, but I think you forgot my drink."I keep trying to give this place another chance because the Pret on 6th Ave by Bryant Park doesn't have these problems but I think I'm done.

Visited this store for the first time and was very impressed with the service. The cashier was very helpful and assisted me with locating the proper coffee urn, after my purchase. The ham and cheese sandwich on baguette was tasty and a good value. The casual, clean atmosphere and central location were also pluses. Good option when seeking a convenient, low key spot in the midst of a hectic stretch of Broadway.
