Food is the same reliable Pret A Manger but this interior and service is worse than normal. Staff are short with you, inside is in need of a deep clean.

I think maybe the staff here are trying to make customers leave and never come back. I cannot imagine why/how they would/could be this rude.
The location is quite nice and clean, I like to sit in here, and it is so nice to find outlets near most tables; but ordering is so painful.

I’ve come here a few times and had no problem. However this time the manager yelled at me when I asked for light ice (my cup was almost completely full of ice) when I asked her. Because I places the order with a different employee I saw her making mine and asked for light ice. She said she took a couple of ice cubes out and aggressively asked if I just want no ice. So I just said sure..

I recently stopped by this Pret a Manger to buy a simple bottle of water, and the experience was awful. The service, particularly from someone who seemed to be the manager (without a uniform), was extremely rude. Despite there being almost no customers and three employees on duty, the place looked trashy and unkempt.

This was by far the worst Pret I have ever visited. Avoid this location if you value good service and a clean environment.

Need better training! bad service, horrible attitude. Maybe this is why people don’t ever recommend Pret. Look at all the reviews, what is happening with the management at Pret???

We don’t want that corporate response “We’re sorry you had a bad experience….”, how about actually put some work into training your staff?

This place always has the friendliest staff. They’ve got a smile on their face starting at 7am, which who tf knows how to do that. They’re on top of it and know what they’re doing. US pret has a solid lineup of foods and ingredients that beats many other similar-esk FCRs like it.

The service is terrible, as if spending money here was a big favor. I asked to heat the bread and was denied, even though the oven was right in front of me and the place was empty.I do not recommend. Go to the other side of the street and get better service.

Went to pay for my item and the girl at the counter was way to busy on her phone to give me a total. I asked how much and she says $11 and to swip my card. Again still on her phone when I Said I am paying cash. Finally she had no choice but to put the phone down and handle the transaction. Workers should not be on the phone and should be attentive to the customers.

I ordered a flat white, which was supposed to be 12 oz, but what I received is this much (indicating a lesser amount). It’s ironic because the capacity of this cup is also 12 oz.
