This is my daily go-to Pret location, the staff here are top notch in every way, a special mention, & thank you to, Natasha, Arturo, Tray, and Matthew. I’m particular about how my cappuccino is prepared, and they make it perfectly every single time. BUT PRET, this needs to be said: why is there only ONE employee working most mornings? He’s left juggling a long line of customers on his own, and while he somehow remains friendly, helpful, and professional, it’s completely unreasonable to expect one person to manage that kind of volume. The wait is too long, customers are walking out and heading next door to Gregory’s, frankly, no employee should be put in a situation where burnout is inevitable. If this continues, Pret is going to lose both loyal customers and dedicated staff. I love this location, but the understaffing is impossible to ignore. Support your employees, staff this store properly, they deserve it, and so do your customers.

This is my favorite Pratt in the city. I got the subscription just because I love the staff so much. They are the friendliest realist team that I have experienced. They have a good chemistry amongst them selves and obviously care about the costumer. If it were t for the team I probably would not eat there
