Pret A Manger is my favorite place to start the day! Their croissants and all the products are always fresh and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable for such high quality. I always enjoy my warm chai latte — it's the best in town! The atmosphere is friendly and full of good energy, and the employees are professional and make every visit a great experience. It's the perfect way to begin my morning!

I frequent this place often (319 Bway). Over time Ive gotten to know the staff, Wascar (Barista), Lavelle (Barista) and Ney (Manager), and I have been treated with SUPERB courtesy. Wascar knows my drink order by heart at this point, and the current staff is able to communicate in a friendly manner and listen to your preferences, etc. (which I cant say for all locations). I don't write reviews often, but here we are. I appreciate everyone there, from Management on down. Lower the subscription price and the in-house music volume and you're close to golden, PRET. The service here was exemplary and I wanted to acknowledge two individuals in particular— Lavel M. and Wascar O.
It was at the end of the day, I can only imagine how tiring it is serving a busy crossroad of residential & commercial areas.
This is when most retailers kick back, but no— these gentleman were happy to see me, I was greeted warmly and the service was gracious & meticulous.
I was a trainor & facilitator for Fortune 500 companies and I have an eye for talent. Thank you for your stellar service and I hope you are commensurately rewarded.

Really good variety of sandwiches, wraps, soups, and baked goods. I love that there are many vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian options and V and VG are labeled on the items. Prices aren’t so bad either. Will visit more often!

I have regularly shopped at this store for the last 7 years that I've been working in the area. The customer service from Jeannette P is stellar. I have managed teams and know a bit about organizational culture, and I would hire Jeannette in a heartbeat. She always has a great attitude, even when things are busy in the store. Today, a customer, an elderly gentleman in front of me, ordered soup and was at a table slowly repacking his bags and waiting on the other part of his party. Jeannette went out of her way to make sure that he received his receipt for his order and toppers for his soup. She cares about people and the work, and it shows. She has a calm demeanor and a great presence. And that's the kind of service and energy that keeps me returning, even as the lunch options expand in my area and the prices at Pret have risen. Jeanette P and her colleagues on today's shift are a value-add to your organization. I hope that you all recognize and compensate them accordingly.

ordered delivery from here because i was sick. i ordered soup,salad, sandwich and a drink. they didn’t give me the soup (but there was a spoon in the bag?) and they gave me the wrong salad and no straw so i couldn’t even drink my drink. i tried calling twice and no answer. i mean is it really that difficult to get an order right?
