I frequent this store 2x a day m-f .. staff is what makes this store amazing .. the 7a -3p crew is the best .. always working ..very friendly .

i had a very upsetting experience at this Pret A Manger. The staff not only treated me poorly but also made rude and inappropriate comments about me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately for them, I do speak Spanish and understood every word. It’s incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to talk about customers behind their backs—especially while they’re standing right there.
Pret is known for friendly service, but this location does not live up to that standard. I hope management addresses this behavior because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

I go to many Pret locations for the fresh food but I go out of my way to go to the one on 28/Park for the service. I’m always greeter at the door by the manager. I eat breakfast and lunch from Pret, and he always gives great recommendations on what to try when it comes to food and drinks. He gave me a strawberry lemonade on the house and I am hooked. I walk an extra half mile to go to this location just because of the friendly manager and staff. Wanted to give a big THANK YOU to him and his team.

Every time I come to this Pret on 28th, the Manager greets me with the biggest smile. He has really turned this location around, with the staff being a lot more friendly and efficient. Given how busy it is, I am out the door with my coffee and breakfast in no time and I always leave with a huge smile thanks to the staff here. I believe in giving shout outs where they are due and this place really needs a shout out!

The price is high, the taste is bad, and I don’t understand how so many restaurants are opened.
First time I bought a blueberry lemonade that was lemonade with bottled blueberry purée and had big chunks of blueberry.Second time I had a soup, half sandwich and small juice for $22.50, get a small piece of bread for free with the soup. Both soup and bread were terrible, soup completely lack flavor and bread was hard like it was a week old. Juice was fine but definitely overpriced. Sandwich was the only real good thing.Any other place I would have got better food for less, unfortunately this place is near my classes and that why I went. Never going back tough, wouldn’t recommend.
