Beware if you pay cash: a female employee scammed me of 6 dollars. She gave me crumpled counterfeit bills ($5 and $1), I complained but she said she "couldn't open the register again". Lousy attitude and lack of manners. Awful service to customers!. Also this branch is rather filthy in the dining area. Restrooms cleanliness leave a lot to be desired as well.

Another level of stupid. I asked for ice black tea with almond milk and syrup. The person at the register asked if I wanted hot black tea or iced black as well as my order not coming with milk and sugar. The staff at the diamond district is pure garbage looking at me like I was stupid for ordering. Will never go back to this location again

It was an amazing experience with a great service provided when I went. I remember it was the girl with glasses and a blue denim shirt, she was really sweet and took the time to help me by explaining what one of the meals had since I’m allergic to nuts.

Divine experience here at the pret, I had the most wonderful and charismatic cashier named Britney ! They inspired to try some new items I would not have considered, me and my taste buds are very grateful for that ! Five stars Britney !

I liked my latte. The crew wasn’t very friendly though. A guy wanted hot chocolate but they were out. Then he asked for a chai latte, and the staff tapped her nails and just shook her head repeatedly instead of saying, “Sorry, we’re out of ____”.
