Save your money—this place doesn’t care about its customers!
I used to stop by regularly on my way to the office, spending over $30 each time on coffee, snacks, and lunch. But after my last experience, I won’t be coming back.
On my most recent visit, I bought a mango pudding along with my usual order. When I got to the office and tried it (just five minutes later), it smelled off and tasted sour. Since this was the second time this had happened, I decided to bring it back at the end of the day and see what they could do.
I asked to speak to a manager and explained the issue, requesting a refund. He immediately asked for a receipt. I told him I’ve never received a receipt here. His response? He couldn’t do anything because, for all he knew, I could have bought it from another PAM store. That caught me off guard—I've been coming here regularly since it's just three buildings down from my office.
Since he wasn't suggesting any way to help, I asked him to check the register for my purchase, which I knew was around 10 AM. After multiple requests, he attempted to look it up but told me the system only went as far back as 12:30 p.m., meaning my transaction wasn’t even visible. I even showed him the charge in my banking app, proving my purchase. Still, he refused to help, insisting there was nothing he could do.
What made it worse was that they kept insisting that everything is made fresh daily, completely dismissing what I was saying. They acted like it was impossible for the pudding to have gone bad, even though I had opened it right after I bought it and it smelled and tasted off. They didn’t believe me at all, as if I was making it up.
I’ve worked as a manager at a chain restaurant before, and I’ve dealt with situations like this. Not once did I make a customer feel the way I felt here—like I was lying or trying to scam them. Instead of acknowledging a loyal customer’s concern, they treated me with complete disregard.
Bottom line: they don’t stand by their products, and they don’t respect their customers. I won’t be back and don't recommend at all.

Good food and great service! Whether you're in a rush or looking for good not so expensive food, stop by a Pret A Manger ? I ate at different PAM locations while I was in New York. Me and my friend were not convinced because since it was a chain we didn't know if they really took care of quality. We were WRONG to even think that. Food and service were beyond good. I really liked their food, not only served its purpose to be eaten on the way or during a rush, but it was also super yummy and nutricios. My favorite dish was the chicken pesto salad, which I decided to pair with a bag of chips and a cookie for dessert. All was so good! I was on a short work trip and pret a manger really helped me when I was hungry, looking for something tasty and had to get back to the office. Being completely honest, I would be happy to eat there again even if I was not in a rush... great place to get good food!

I just bought tikka masala 10 min ago and it was half of it empty I cannot believe this store aleays low product quality 7th avenue is better, It is super rude to not give importance to customer and putting food empty

4 stars instead of 5 because even though I asked for light ice in my iced mocha latte and that request was acknowledged, it was still filled up almost entirely with ice

We used to go to Pret as a best option to grab food on the go. However with time options went down. Still has soup, sandwich and salad. Sandwich was ok (but for the price it would better), salad with salmon had bad tomatoes, and soup was just ok. From my subjective point of view not worth it for the price, especially with all other options around.
