Very convenient especially when running late for work and need to run in and quickly grab something. The only complaint I have is regarding how awful their cookies are. The cookies look great, but they are rock hard! They overcook these amazing cookies and they are like concrete! So, don't buy a cookie unless you want to chip a tooth!

For a vegetarian person like me, I would recommend falafel wrap, falafel salad, brocolli cheddar soup and guacamole sandwich. Also they keep on adding new stuff.

Gourmet sandwiches. I had the Greek chicken with Greek green apple cinnamon granola parfait fresh. Had the olive oil sea salt chips with the refreshing cucumber juice

The food was good. But we stopped in on a Tuesday at 5:30 pm. There were four in our party. Pretty much all of the tables are for two except the large table upstairs. Unfortunately, the was a woman that has the entire thing"reserved" for some sort of calligraphy class. So there was no where for our family to sit together and we had to sit at two separate tables. The kicker is that the whole time we were there, she wasn't even using the table. Her students showed up at six. When I asked the girl at the register what the deal was she informed that as the woman was a paying customer, she had the right to be there and save all the seats for her class. And also that her students would be customers. Well, it sure looked to me like only one of them had anything and it was just a drink. Guess I don't understand the policy of having a calligraphy class take up seating for customers that are trying to eat dinner. Especially right at dinner time.

Pret brings the same great experience from London over to the US. If you don't want to risk making a bad decision on food, you can't go wrong with their options.

This is my favorite Pret in the city because the customer service is so wonderful. I always feel welcome by the staff. Sherley is particularly welcoming and always makes me feel appreciated. This high quality service keeps me coming back to this location. They are so efficient, I never have to wait to check out. The store is clean and well organized. The food is fresh and I love their salads. It's a pleasure to come here.

Plenty of food and sitting, but not aways with the best freshness. Found stale nuts and rotten veggies in salad before.

Grabbed the Salmon, Mango & Avocado Grain Salad, which looked good in the box, but was actually pretty vile. Whatever was in there looked like salmon, but it tasted like sardines. And there appeared to be a healthy serving of grains, but it's a rather stingy amount placed atop the greens in such a way that it looks like there's more than there actually is. Mango was unripe and the avocado was soggy. The dressing tasted more like peanut sauce, which seems to be to be an odd pairing for salmon, but, as I said, I'm not entirely sure what that was despite the fact that it was pink. I had a few bites and then threw the whole thing out. So much for an $11. salad, but it was really gross and made me feel ill. Iced coffee was okay, but weaker than I prefer. Bag of chips was good, though. Certainly won't be going there again for lunch!

Pret A Manger 23rd Street provides a pleasant open atmosphere for meeting business associates. We dined upstairs and each had sandwiches.
