The staff are exteremely rude and even hostile towards customers. They roll eyes rather preparing orders on time. I’ve witnessed the cashier yelled at a customer in front of me.

I really like the staff and service. However, the company uses this terrible brand of oatmilk that curdles in my coffee, ewww. I will not get coffee again.

$3.25 for a can of Diet Coke might make it the most expensive can in the city. $19+ for soda and an ordinary sandwich and ordinary chips? I wouldn't mind paying that if the staff was being paid well, but they clearly are not since the cashiers are way too surly to have not been fired already unless they had real difficulty finding workers. If I was a fraction as mean as the workers are I would have been fired long ago.

Been going to pret in midtown for a more than a few years without no problem. This park avenue location is too intense for POC. I went in after a long day to eat and they told me at 7:08pm they were closing in 5 minutes, to discourage me from eating there. The lady was eyeing me from the moment I walked in. She was not going to let me enjoy or eat in that place for all it took. The morning is passively racist with eyes on what you examine all the way until the food is paid for.

Worst salad ever- I've had these at every other pret and they're amazing. This had no taste and missing ingredients.Restaurant is a HEALTH HAZARD- in DESPERATE need of a floor mopping & SANITIZING! (See photos attached- MORTIFYING).

Memories of Tokyo! My first encounter was during my stay in Japan working in the city and grabbing a quick bite for breakfast or lunch. Quickly, daily prepared sandwiches, yogurts, fruit cups, snacks and the like at a reasonable price. This particular Shop totally mirrors the ones in Tokyo and I highly recommend.

Coffee is way overpriced. Employees don't understand customer service. They are more into social media displays that most could care less and do not want to see. I guess companies have not learned. People come to a BUSINESS for SERVICE AND A PRODUCT. THAT'S IT, NOT what people post online or for their personal beliefs and opinions on issues.

6/2/2023 6-7 pm stopped by this location at 47th and 6th and asked if I can buy a cup of ice. I was told they ran out of ice. It felt like a bunch of bullshit. I will never use this establishment again. Hire qualified staff. I hope a cup of ice I was going to PURCHASE was worth of losing a client.

I used to love it in the mornings but the new staff is extremely rude and nasty to customers. What happened to this place? I'm switching to Starbucks across the street.

The ladys that work at this location are THE WORST. They give the nastiest attitude, don't listen, and hate being there. Representing a great coffee shop and having bad attitude ruins the business. And that's exactly what they did - I walk the extra blocks to 27th and Park so i dont have to deal with their nasty attitudes and terrible behavior. Wont come to this location again.
