They‘re closing at 18:00 and saying that the restroom is closed at 16:30 already. Coffee was alright, but besides not a nice experience.

Many people are seating alone doing things or working but music is too loud.

As I walk to work every day, I stop in this Pret at the same time for my coffee and I am greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Eli is the best barista I've ever had - he knows my order, realizes when I get it hot instead of iced, and always makes sure I get it in time to get to work. This Pret location makes every morning a little better.

Pret is such a convenient spot for anyone looking to grab a quick and satisfying bite to eat. Whether you’re in a rush or just want something light and fresh, Pret offers a great selection of sandwiches, salads, and soups that are always high quality and flavorful. Their coffees are organic, which is a nice touch for anyone who cares about both taste and sustainability, and their teas are just as thoughtful and refreshing.

What really makes Pret stand out, though, is the staff. Omar, in particular, is incredibly kind and welcoming—he really goes out of his way to make your visit pleasant, which adds a personal touch that you don’t always find in fast-casual spots. The environment is bright, clean, and spacious, with plenty of seating where you can relax, work, or meet friends. There are even convenient charging points for your phone, making it easy to stay connected while you enjoy your meal.

Overall, Pret strikes a great balance between convenience, quality, and friendly service. I always leave feeling satisfied and appreciated, and it’s a spot I’m happy to come back to again and again.

This location sucks they are never prepared during lunch time when I go there for a soup. They barely even have sandwiches out & prepared. Being a former pret employee knowing how pret supposed to operate, this location is slow pace & not on point. Wouldn’t recommend. The employees seems respectful at least. I put the sandwich back & just left now I’m eating really cheap nasty pizza on my lunch break. I’m hurt 😭😭.

I like this place for a afternoon study and lunch. A little expensive but the foods pretty fresh. Usually the people are nice nothing over the top. If you’re visiting from out of town I’d probably leave this off my list only because I feel like there are other options that don’t involve the fridge section that are more cost effective. This is a great place to get work done. It’s usually very quiet.

place serves reliably good coffee, and Deb is fantastic at keeping things efficient. Runs the shop and the coffee machines like a maestro, ensuring the line always moves quickly.

Charging $7 for a coffee that tastes burnt is wild. For that price, I expected more than just disappointment in a cup

The staff member on morning shift was noticeably unprofessional and came across as quite rude. Don’t go there

Clean, comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The coffee and croissant were quite good, as was the fresh fruit in a cup. We will definitely be back!
