I HAVE BEEN EATING HERE FOR LAST 1 years
but today a person in the front i told him can u heat my cookies plz ge said he cant but after that i saw he was heating other perosn food
i dont know what i did wrong it was very hurtful and bullshit service
but later the manager help with all the food heat and coffee
she was very nice it was around 4:30 NOV 3

Pret is always good for a fast and solid coffee or croissant but the service at this one is awesome. Dealing with New Yorkers first thing in the morning isn’t easy! Good crew at this one.

I had to comment because a previous post said there were no longer vegan options. I came here today and there were quite a few choices for food that were clearly marked, as well as their usual coffees with non dairy milks. I had the rainbow veggies sandwich and an oat milk latte and they were yummy.

Just a great experience all around. I was late to a meeting in my one time a decade I come to NYC because Amtrak. Needed a fast sandwich and coffee. The manager had the kitchen alter a sandwich and give me exactly what I wanted. Great taste and value.
Employees are super nice, unfortunately the food sucks and is extremely overpriced. Got the half sandwich and side salad for $12....lettuce was old and starting to rot, dressing had a long piece of hair in it and the sandwich bread was stale. Nothing "fresh" about any of it!
