I had to comment because a previous post said there were no longer vegan options. I came here today and there were quite a few choices for food that were clearly marked, as well as their usual coffees with non dairy milks. I had the rainbow veggies sandwich and an oat milk latte and they were yummy.

Just a great experience all around. I was late to a meeting in my one time a decade I come to NYC because Amtrak. Needed a fast sandwich and coffee. The manager had the kitchen alter a sandwich and give me exactly what I wanted. Great taste and value.

Employees are super nice, unfortunately the food sucks and is extremely overpriced. Got the half sandwich and side salad for $12....lettuce was old and starting to rot, dressing had a long piece of hair in it and the sandwich bread was stale. Nothing "fresh" about any of it!

if i could give 0 stars i would, bought my breakfast yesterday morning totalling $25, once i turned the tablet back around and walked out, the cashire decided to tip himself $41! i only realised as i was halfway across the city. really, really disgusting behaviour, i will not be going back to this store...
