Came in on my break for a coffee. The guy serving me was lovely however when I tasted my flat white it was lukewarm/not very hot. I asked the girl working if there was any way she could heat it up and she said no and that I would have to buy another coffee if I wanted a warmer one. Very disappointing, if I had wanted a cold coffee I would have asked for an iced one.

Can I leave 0 stars ? This location is always closed on weekends. Very little food on the shelf when they are open. Love the other locations -
Service better than other pret a manger locations. Very fast and friendly

Barista too busy chatting with colleague to hear my order. When she brought the coffee with cold milk, I remarked it is supposed to be steamed, and then she went and steamed the milk that was mixed with coffee already.. I am speechless. Who hires these workers that hate their jobs and take it out on customers? So bad for business. When you come for a coffee, it is as if you gave come to collect their soul. :/
I have been going to Pret for 2.5years and normally really like it but found a piece of cardboard in my soup recently so I don’t think I can go back any time soon…
Thought staff could have better customer service. Manager & staff could use better training on hospitality. Food was fine and tasted as good as other locations.
I went to a location 70th Street and York. The sandwiches used to be the

Throughout our time through Europe and America, this was the one reoccurring cafe that we used as our base for good food. Nutritious and easy, perhaps if they opened branches in Australia would they be popular, though I know that I’d be going there all the time. Definitely the handiest food option and healthiest. The atmosphere is wholesome and the insides always spacious and bright. Many, many selections available for everyone. Great place.

Very rude staff. I asked for an "iced regular chai latte". Iced referring the temperature, and regular referring the size as indicated on the menu. They served up a hot chai latte. Mistakes happen but when I asked if they could pour it on ice, the lady got really rude and basically yelled “you asked for regular”. I clarified regular was the size, since the menu lists "regular" as the size. She then just handed me a cup of ice for me to take my latte elsewhere and pour it over the ice. I asked her if they could pour it since they have a counter and a sink, so I don’t spill this hot latte everywhere and she said “you can do it”. It turned into a debate just to have them use their sink and pour my latte on ice. Don’t come here, the sant ambroeus across the street is much nicer. My mom told me she's also had bad experiences with the cashier and stopped coming.

So many delicious fresh choices. The mac and cheese was delicious. As well as the small sandwich I bought and salmon bowl. I also had a pastry and wished I picked up one of the fresh juices that was offered.
Vegetarian options: There are more than enough vegetarian options.

Customer service stinks, was in line this morning, cashier totally ignored me. Attended to a customer who came in after.. I told her I’m waiting in line, her response that’s not the line. Don’t know why I continue to go there.. I purchased mint tea there two weeks ago, it tasted weird but I had it, ended up vomiting. The lady who works at the cash register needs training. I will never go back there.
