I bought a sandwich this morning from the pret a manger on 70th on york and almost killed myself because there inside the sandwich was a sharp piece of plastic. Will never go there again. Thank God I was just didn't swallow

Saw them throw out a bunch of food at 11am. There was a doctor or nurse there who asked if she could have it instead and they said no. I understand it's not the workers' fault, it's Pret's corporate policy which is wrong.

Their drinks are horrible,smelly iced green tea and matcha is only milk,bearly taste matcha. Stuff needs to learn how to make them.

Came in on my break for a coffee. The guy serving me was lovely however when I tasted my flat white it was lukewarm/not very hot. I asked the girl working if there was any way she could heat it up and she said no and that I would have to buy another coffee if I wanted a warmer one. Very disappointing, if I had wanted a cold coffee I would have asked for an iced one.
Can I leave 0 stars ? This location is always closed on weekends. Very little food on the shelf when they are open. Love the other locations -

Barista too busy chatting with colleague to hear my order. When she brought the coffee with cold milk, I remarked it is supposed to be steamed, and then she went and steamed the milk that was mixed with coffee already.. I am speechless. Who hires these workers that hate their jobs and take it out on customers? So bad for business. When you come for a coffee, it is as if you gave come to collect their soul. :/
