Nowhere near as many options as in the UK - disappointing that there are no vegan pastries. Had the porridge and it was alright. Staff were pretty grumpy.

I get my coffee at Pret. I subscribe to the membership so I like to take advantage of the perks. I work nearby and I get off at Fulton Station.
What doesn't this location open when they are supposed to. On several occasions, I would walk over and it's closed. The lights would be off, but I could definitely see someone behind the counter. The sun doesn't rise as early as it used to so having the lights off is a way to blend in.
This location is just terrible. I mean, it's in the financial district so I expect better.

To the woman working around 9am today 9/11 was so rude and condescending to customers as well as her staff. She scolded the guy working for going to the bathroom when it was busy. We are all doing our best daily. Be kind! This interaction really killed my vibe this morning. The two men working this morning need more training and need a high five for doing the best they could . This lady though needs some training on how to speak to customers and her team.

We had 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks and paid $34.
The employee at the checkout is very rude.. We definitely won't come to you again.

Visited today and the sandwiches were on point—especially the egg sandwich and the pesto and cheese. The coffee wasn’t great, but the staff quickly made it right with a different drink. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled that counts. The team was friendly and helpful. Definitely going back. Thanks, guys!

I was on lunch trying to find something a bit healthier to eat. I decided to go to Pret i decided to get the tuna single sandwich with a tomato soup. My Sandwich has stringy ling hair in my sandwich ((see photo)) very disappointed this is very disgusting and I hope they give me my money back
Ive been to plenty of Pret stores and I’m so used to the positive customer service I was shocked when I received the complete opposite at this specific shop. The woman up front who took my order was very off putting, it’s like she doesn’t even want work there! I tried smiling and being polite, but she didn’t return the favor. Plus, the bathrooms are very dirty and trashy. On top of that it was hard finding a table that didn’t have left over food from the person previous from me. Overall terrible experience, will not be coming back to this shop on Fulton which is unfortunate since I work nearby.

Worker was so nasty and rude, we bought overpriced junk just so we could pee, we kindly asked to use the washroom, she spoke spanish and pretended like she didn't know what a restroom was in English and then said how both were closed, I should've p|$sed on the floor and had you clean that uPPP

I was very underwhelmed $18 later for a half a tomato basil sandwich (with very little tomato) and a chicken soup with a very misleading name. Very nice staff who didn't mention I get a complimentary topper with my soup. I didn't stay to eat but the dining room did look clean and inviting. Writing this for someone who may be thinking about trying Pret for the first time... I'd go somewhere else for a better meal/bargain.
