Great food, great drinks, great employees. The “team leads on the other hand make me avoid this location. They are actively rude to customers and to their staff at points going out of their way to do so. Everything else here is great but sometimes just a little customer service goes a long way.

The service is awful. I ordered an iced mocha, and the lady puts TOO MUCH ICE, there was barely any room for milk. She wasn’t even able to pour half of the espresso + mocha, and she spilled my drink when she closed the lid…. Then wiped it with her hand, and handed it to me… I am paying for this?!?!

It was fine, I haven't been to pret a manger for a long time, the last time I was in London. I don't know why there was a small selection of things to eat, generally there was everything, but there used to be a wide selection, now I feel like it's a bit limited ? but I have sentimental feelings towards the brand so I recommend it because it's still good :)

The food was amazing but there was a custodial worker that was a woman she had gray hair didn't know her name who kept on hitting on me while I was with my wife I am a gay female I don't know why they have people like that around their restaurant she should have some manners shame on her I would love to see how her boss would feel if he seen what she did and I wasn't the only person

Pret is good in so many ways: they offer fresh healthy food at a reasonable price, they always have at least some vegan food on hand, and they offer plant milk for coffee for no surcharge. To be sure, the food is always just okay, and those who know Pret in the UK will be disappointed at the limited choices of the US Pret venues.
This branch, like many other Prets, is clean with a bunch of nice seating. An advantage of this branch is that it is near Carnegie Hall and the theater district, so if you want a quick bite or coffee before a show or concert, this place could fit the bill. Don't expect a fine dining experience, however; think of this more like a fast-food place.

I wanted to get an Iced Latte for the first time to try. Total was $8.25 for just a regular iced latte and 2 shots of simple sugar! They charged for each sugar pump a dollar. That’s insane. Imagine you liked it god forbid a little sweeter and wanted 4 or 5 pumps. That would be over $11. Will never order here again.

My favourite go to coffee. I love their hot Mocha. Though sometimes the taste changes with different barista (less chocolaty). They also sell a lot of food to go, like salad bowl, sandwich, and wraps. The south-western breakfast wrap taste great and fresh. They also have an amazing chocolate croissant.The barista is very kind and friendly. And they have plenty of place to sit and do works/ study.

Food is consistent and decent but extremely overpriced.Staff frequently gets simple coffee orders wrong.There's usually a little space for people at lunch, which is the main reason I still go there sometimes.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.
Parking: Parking in Manhattan is generally difficult. Many subways can take you here instead.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the sidewalk without stairs.
