I asked this morning for a kouigh amann pastry and checked out. I expected to be serve immediately the pastry but the cashier left immediately to the back. I asked her coworker about my pastry and she said she is making it. I waited 10 minutes and they both saw me waiting. I decided to turn to the cashier and cancel the order and then she is like oops and handed me the pastry that was sitting in the counter since the beginning. She didn't even apologized for making me wait for nothing as she was not even making the pastry. To not be apologized for their lack of memory and service is traumatizing. Now because of those two girls I am NEVER coming BACK.

Both the cashier and the store manager are very rude. I ordered something via Grubhub and they claim that they don’t have it. They insisted that I need to contact Grubhub to cancel the order as they can’t cancel it. They refused to offer anything equivalent.

Great food, great drinks, great employees. The “team leads on the other hand make me avoid this location. They are actively rude to customers and to their staff at points going out of their way to do so. Everything else here is great but sometimes just a little customer service goes a long way.

The service is awful. I ordered an iced mocha, and the lady puts TOO MUCH ICE, there was barely any room for milk. She wasn’t even able to pour half of the espresso + mocha, and she spilled my drink when she closed the lid…. Then wiped it with her hand, and handed it to me… I am paying for this?!?!
It was fine, I haven't been to pret a manger for a long time, the last time I was in London. I don't know why there was a small selection of things to eat, generally there was everything, but there used to be a wide selection, now I feel like it's a bit limited ? but I have sentimental feelings towards the brand so I recommend it because it's still good :)
