But this place saved the day!**Food Stayed Hot carrying it back to our room to eat!**Super Fast Moving Line at Noon on a Friday!Great Selection of different Breakfast and Lunch type sandwiches. Deli meats, cheeses, chicken and other choices in different breads/wraps. Some hot, some cold. All fresh and packed in see-thru packaging when possible. Super Convenient and incredibly well-priced for The Quality as well.- The Brightest Element was the remarkably nice, wonderfully helpful, and extremely genuine young man at the counter. I didn't catch his name, but I will next time! ;)- First, he warmly greeted us as we approached the register and then proceeded to help us organize our meal.- He made sure we each had a beverage. Good thing he did, as I was not planning on ordering one... and I would have missed out on my new favorite Midtown Treat! (can't wait to visit in Summer!) Pret A Manger was the perfect "grab-and-go" spot for us on the way to Central Park. We were able to pop in and grab some tasty sandwiches and pastries for lunch. The only difficulty was selecting a sandwich because they all looked delicious. The sandwiches tasted very fresh. Would definitely come back here to try the others.

I have not tasted romaine trying so hard to be iceberg lettuce. STALE!! My Lord. When I asked to PAY for extra dressing the "manager" basically laughed in my face and said yeah we don't do that here. This restaurant is NYCs cry for help.

This is a really good pret. The staff is super nice and sweet, there's a manager (Joel) who's only there every other day and goes above and beyond- so much so, he recognizes my order when I'm in line in the mornings, the girls also always say hello with a smile on their face. The mocha here is really good, as well as the caramel latte and cappuccinos. As far as food goes, there's a tuna melt that's amazing and my to-go order. Really nice spot to come and sit down and get some work done with a nice cup of coffee.

Good service, need to make the drinks by name or number as at many occasions the barista got angry when nobody shows for his drink. One time a barista just kept calling loudly by the name of the drink begging anyone to take it. I wanted to take it even it isn’t mine just to calm her down?better to call my any thing except the name of the drink, as sometimes many customers order the same order.But generally it is good. subscription is very helpful for low budget, especially students, and employees. Need to open more branches.
