The world’s worst pret. Every employee has an attitude problem and is unwilling to even tend the till when busy. Shut it down and move on.

I go here daily. Many times. While sometimes the preorder system is off, or the A/C is through a large machine, the staff here are extremely engaging, positive, and kind.
I go out of my way to go to this one to say hi to the staff as they light up my day. Great lattes here and consistent.
The store has had a few operational issues with a broken A/C system and a few technical blips with the ordering system, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very convenient cafeteria if you take out the monthly subscription, with this you can have up to 5 drinks a day (hot or cold) at no additional cost and they give you a 20% discount on everything else in the store. When you buy extra things when you go to get your drink, they give you burgundy stars that if you put 10 together they transform into a gold star that you can exchange for something from the store.
The manager of the cafeteria is very friendly, he always serves you in the best way, the guys and the woman who speak Spanish are also very cool, very friendly and attentive, in general the staff that works at this Pret is very nice.
I totally recommend going and if you are here for more than 1 month get the subscription, it is too convenient!!!
Thank you for the excellent attention ?

A couple of options, a wrap and a salad bowl. Falafel and hummus wrap was a tad dry, but still tasty. I’d go back for quick lunch on the go. Fresh ingredients too which I like.
Yikes!! This Pret engages in the unethical practice of destroying then tossing food on the street. So many businesses donate leftovers…disturbing to see this horrible practice happening at this Pret. Please feel free to reach out if you want help coordinating a donation system to remedy this.
Busy during morning rush, but staff works hard and are very nice!

Friday at 6:55 pm doors were closed, but all information says open until 7:30 pm. Employees didn’t open the door gave a sign that they’re closed
I have gone to Pret's more than 100 times over the past decades throughout NYC. It is not gourmet, but they almost always have something to grab if you are in a rush. The better Pret venues are large, since the large ones rarely run out of vegan items. This one is medium-sized, with restrooms available. I was walking by, popped into this branch and grabbed a "Rainbow Veggie Sandwich" (one of the 3 vegan items I saw today), and went on my way--the sandwich was pretty good and served its need.
Pret can be a fast place to get a reasonable bite with reasonable calories, and a coffee and treat if you wish. We prefer the salad offerings, but the Moroccan lentil soup is textured, reliable, and even uncommonly scrumptious on a cold day. One of the better chains for freshness and healthy options.
