I stop by this Pret every morning to pick up my iced coffee before work. I just want to say the staff is very friendly and welcoming including the manager! They always remember my order and the coffee is always delicious. It’s such a great start to my day.

I had a fantastic experience during my lunch break at this restaurant. The place was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax. There were plenty of menu options to choose from, which I really appreciated, it’s always great to have variety, especially during a quick lunch.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Manager Robert went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and that I enjoyed my meal. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression.
I’ll definitely be coming back, highly recommend for both hot and cold food and especially the service!

I came to this store to try something different while I was on vacation and brought my kids and the manager is absolutely amazing! Best experience I think I’ve ever had in any restaurant! The whole team was amazing! The manager was very friendly and professional and helpful. I definitely will always remember him and want to go back to NY just to visit this store again! They also gave my baby a cookie on the house!! Highly recommended

I been using Pret at 41st and 3rd ave for couple of years now, they have coffee subscription which is great, food is fresh and service is amazing, the staff actually make an effort to know the regular customers and expedite there order.

The world’s worst pret. Every employee has an attitude problem and is unwilling to even tend the till when busy. Shut it down and move on.

I go here daily. Many times. While sometimes the preorder system is off, or the A/C is through a large machine, the staff here are extremely engaging, positive, and kind.
I go out of my way to go to this one to say hi to the staff as they light up my day. Great lattes here and consistent.
The store has had a few operational issues with a broken A/C system and a few technical blips with the ordering system, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very convenient cafeteria if you take out the monthly subscription, with this you can have up to 5 drinks a day (hot or cold) at no additional cost and they give you a 20% discount on everything else in the store. When you buy extra things when you go to get your drink, they give you burgundy stars that if you put 10 together they transform into a gold star that you can exchange for something from the store. The manager of the cafeteria is very friendly, he always serves you in the best way, the guys and the woman who speak Spanish are also very cool, very friendly and attentive, in general the staff that works at this Pret is very nice. I totally recommend going and if you are here for more than 1 month get the subscription, it is too convenient!!! Thank you for the excellent attention ?
