I had a fantastic experience during my lunch break at this restaurant. The place was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax. There were plenty of menu options to choose from, which I really appreciated, it’s always great to have variety, especially during a quick lunch.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Manager Robert went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and that I enjoyed my meal. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression.
I’ll definitely be coming back, highly recommend for both hot and cold food and especially the service!

I came to this store to try something different while I was on vacation and brought my kids and the manager is absolutely amazing! Best experience I think I’ve ever had in any restaurant! The whole team was amazing! The manager was very friendly and professional and helpful. I definitely will always remember him and want to go back to NY just to visit this store again! They also gave my baby a cookie on the house!! Highly recommended

I been using Pret at 41st and 3rd ave for couple of years now, they have coffee subscription which is great, food is fresh and service is amazing, the staff actually make an effort to know the regular customers and expedite there order.
