Best Pret location I’ve visited post pandemic. Large selection of food and the store was really clean. The manager was incredibly friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. Regrettably, I didn't manage to catch her name, but she did mention that she had recently been promoted to AGM. I sincerely hope that the company recognizes and acknowledges her outstanding work.

Extremely unfriendly employees. I ordered a cappuccino. It wasn't freshly made!! They simply pour the coffee broth together from other cups and add some foam on top. That's not okay with me! When I complained about this, the employee became cheeky and said, "I should go to the manager." She also came and told me: "If you are not satisfied, you will get your money back." I have never been treated so badly in a coffee shop! Never again!

What stood out the most is the good service. Nelson helped me and was very kind and cordial. I recommend the cappuccino, the coffee is delicious. There is a variety of sandwiches, salads, yogurt, and cookies to eat.Ideal to buy something and eat there orTake to the park for a picnic. Good ubication.

Lovely staff and nice place. But only one bathroom. Store is not bad compared to fast food and other options around. Above average for the healthy options. Prices could be a bit more affordable but OK.

I usually go here when I go see my doctor and they are always nice. Today there was this young lady training great I understand if your training and of course you’ll mess up but don’t have an attitude with customers when you do. I asked for an iced drink not a hot one loud and clear when I ordered. When my order is up it’s a hot drink. I tell the manager ( a guy) I ordered an iced drink then he gets mad and starts talking with the trainee about me. She lies and says oh she asked for hot no I did not. Teeth sucking and dirty looks from the manager and the young lady. It’s not my fault you didn’t pay attention to what I ordered. I am paying for my order and it is not cheap.
