I love this Pret location so much. It is honestly the customer service and lovely attitude of the staff here that convinced me to get a Pret membership (though I am sad tapping my QR code doesn’t let me tip them). Every single person I’ve interacted with at this location has been so spectacularly kind and competent. They are quick yet attentive and I look forward to my latte every morning (and my boss looks forward to her chai too she says). Thank you guys for making my work...
I've been loyal to pret since 2012, never really disappointed but the food is sloppily made lacks flavor anymore and the lavender 🪻 with strawberry 🍓 matcha 🍵 does not work well together ...keep it simple!!!
Luis is one of favorite baristas. There are a lot of Pret’s within the same walking distance for me, but I gravitate toward this one in the evening so I can get my drink made by him!
