I was staying for the Pokémon GO event being held there and me and my friends and I decided to stop in there before it closed as we stayed at the Manhattan. I had purchased a soda and waited for our other friend to return. I mistakenly knocked over my soda and made a small mess. I was embarrassed that it happened and apologized profusely. I asked for a mop to clean up my mess, even though it wasn't my job. I've no issue cleaning up my messes in restaurants even if it's the employee's job -- plus it was closing time, and I did not want to add to their workload. The manager (I assume) was appreciative and offered me a few pastries for helping out. Those cookies came in clutch on the flight back home! Will definitely visit again on my next time passing through!

Always very sweet staff, great coffee, nice sandwiches with fresh bread, but i have bought their fresh grapefruit juice a minimum of 4 times and it was spoiled sour, so avoid that! Their croissants are also very good!

Poor maintenance, bathroom had no toilet paper and broken faucet, such a contrast from the other locations.
I always like Pret ... but today the food was even more fab ... and the guyz at this particular Pret on 7th Ave really went above and beyond ... seeing that we had to many bags .... they suddenly added free waitress service bringing our food to the table ... all of the folks working were excellent and friendly ... the whole restaurant including the bathrooms was all in spotless condition ... really fantastic thanks so much guyz :-))) XXXXX

A good place to stop and catch your breath in Manhattan, but don’t expect any kind of service. Barista had AirPods in while taking our order, and even after clarifying what we wanted twice, still ended up with the wrong drink. Stick to the fridge items.

Place was clean. Counter service was efficient but nothing personal. Bought to dine in their mixed salad with falafel. Dressing was very good, lettuce and veggies were fresh, falafel And hummus tasty. No surprises, nothin to complain about. Good and quick lunch.
