I love their Orange Juice though a bit costly. Why they don’t have branch outside Manhattan!!!! It would be great to have in Queens.
The product they put out is good. Coffee was good. The problem is that the staff who work there are really loud to the point that makes people cringe. Is it necessary to talk to each other so loudly and yell at each other with profane languages? It’s like they’re having a party and I have to bother them. At the end of the day, you work in the food service. Why can’t these people be more pleasant and considerate? Being loud and rude don’t make you more “New Yorker”. Is it too much to expect a little professionalism when I pay for the service? I’m so sick and tired of this group of people from service industry who are so rude and entitled.

It have good options and the food are really good. Also, it’s near to central park, so you can choose to eat there.

Came here for a coffee and I was talking to employee friendly guy, suddenly manager or supervisor came very rude at me asking me to stop talking to them. Extremely unprofessional.?

Excellent sandwich (Cegep: mozzarella and tomatoes) and very good (bang bang chicken) fresh bread. Counter so we feel pressure to do it quickly. Good choice to bring picnic in Central Park.

The staff here are so friendly, and they treat each other really well which is cool to see! Saw a promotion ceremony that was truly awesome.
Like most Prets food is reliably pretty good and coffee is good not great. But the staff makes it 5 stars.

Their pre-made sandwiches and lemonades are quite good and not too expensive. They will toast your sandwich if you want. They gave me a free ice water, which I really appreciated! There isn't a ton of seating, but Greenacre Park is pretty close and usually has a place to sit and eat available.

Used to really like Pret. Hadn’t been for a while and got charged $19 for some lettuce and a small piece of salmon. Highly disappointed.

I was there 15 minutes ago, 5 minutes before, I just grabbed my soup and and paid for it and i went to restroom and the was right 7:30pm and they were (2 people) super rude to me like they were begging me to leave already but I was just trying to check if they have soup toppers (cause i didn’t have any!) and they guy said (nicer than the girl) they dont have any and the girl told me to LLLEEAAVVEEE. I mean, it wouldn’t hurt anyone if you would’ve just said “we don’t have any soup toppers left, sorry” nicely, I would just thank you and leave but now im pissed off and you ruined my day being super rude. Was it really necessary to be rude instead of being nice? That’s the first time ever I give 1 star. And I do pretty much the same job as you and I’m definitely not like this, thank god. Now you may leave and have a nice day out work.
