I stopped by for a quick snack, and I was not disappointed—the cranberry almond muffin was absolutely delightful and hit the spot like no other. I wish I had gotten more than just one! The other food options looked appealing as well, especially the pre-made sandwiches; had I not already eaten, I would have definitely given them a try.
The deli was conveniently located inside the train station, making it a perfect stop when I needed a bite. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the place was clean and well-kept. Everything was served quickly, just as I needed. I would definitely return and highly recommend it!
Kid-friendliness: Their sandwiches, snacks, fresh, pastries, and more
Wheelchair accessibility: It's right before you get on the train so it's open ended for how much space it has a wheelchair could fit here perfectly

Purchased a beverage that rang up as 7 dollars and change, only to find my debit card was charged for $10.
Always ask for a receipt. Will be filing a complaint with DCWP. Do not trust this establishment.

I ordered three cappuccinos, but what I received was essentially just milk. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner, he insisted on charging an additional $2 per extra shot. This is unacceptable, especially considering I had already spent $16. I left the “cappuccinos” at the counter

BEWARE. Pay cash. I Used Apple Pay and an hour later my cc number was stolen and 8k was charged in it. After some googling, it seems to have happened to several customers.
So first I want to say that when this location was downstairs, there was much friendlier customer service. Now that the same company is upstairs, the customer service is lackluster at best. They advertise 50% off a 6th salad and don’t honor it which is false advertising, and there is a slightly overweight light skinned man that is very rude and disrespectful. This one particular guy if he is the owner I would not contemplate ever spending money here. I only feel bad for the workers who are actually very friendly that have to put up with such nonsense from a supervisor. That being said, the actual food is actually pretty good. Customer service however should be the most important aspect.

I really wanted a pick me up cappuccino and was willing to pay top dollar for it too. I skipped a Dunkin right across to get to this place. Vibe is fine & service with a smile but no good coffee. I paid $6 for inedible coffee. It was just milk! Where is the double espresso shot that is needed for a large cappuccino?? They skimp on quality but charge top dollar! And my pick me up turned into a downer!

I don't have many opportunities to have time to stop by and purchase something, but when I do, predominantly in the late evening hours, it is a definite go for an iced coffee. The lady who is usually on duty for the late evening is always quite pleasant and accommodating, not to mention quick. The coffee is always good here, and never overdone, and the price, even for a huge transit hub like Penn Station, are at least reasonable.
Vegetarian options: Not much here
Kid-friendliness: Service with a smile
Parking: Any parking is via nearby garages. Not cheap either.
Wheelchair accessibility: Only a couple of elevators work
Dietary restrictions: Sign posted regarding potential allergens

Worst place in the world. My buddy’s teeth almost fell out eating the bbq sandwhich. Also a 1 year old can make better Rice Krispies. Only place open for the “city that never sleeps”
Really good coffee.
The service is incredible rude. The only reason for a second star is that the order surprisingly came out right and we’ll. I don’t think you can expect too much from Penn Station about to hop on the NJ transit, but oh well. Just really really stressed out mean employees taking out frustration at customers seems unacceptable to me.
