Stopped here after lunch to get green tea crepe cakes and milk teas. The food is delicious. You are given a QR to scan and order at your table. Prices are reasonable given the area. The establishment is perfect if you enjoy taking aesthetic pictures with your food.

Went here with date after dinner. She couldn’t stop raving about the cake. It could’ve been a little sweeter and barely tasted like mango in my opinion. There was also what seemed like a private event in the little area next to where we sat which kind of surprised me, if anyone’s looking to book something. Super cute place!Dietary restrictions: Seems like it’s mostly? halal

The food was great! However I notified the staff that I have a severe nut allergy and they did not notify me that a part of my course had pistachios in it

Super chill tea spot. Great to bring friends and catch up. Fast service and fair prices. They have tons of tea/matcha, cakes, and alcoholic drinks on the menu. Come check this place out as soon as you can!

This was probably the best tea house I’ve been to. The food was really good and I got served pretty early. You scan the QR code and order from there which is pretty convenient. The tea and food were fresh and tasted amazingI would come back amazing

I decided to try this location because I was in the area and loved the scones from the 10th street location. But this was pathetic. Two ‘scones’ for $8. The scones were the tiniest thing ever, gone in about two bites. And they gave us Smucker’s jam!! That’s crazy! They were super grainy and not even good. At the 10th street location one scone is $4.75 and they’re triple the size and actually give us good jam. A million times better. Go there instead. Additionally, we ordered tea and the tea didn’t even come until we were basically done with our scones! Not worth it. Go to the east village location.

The food there was alright. It was clearly not fresh. There's no refills on tea by the way. Also, if you're a black person or a darker skin minority, expect lots of stares and quiet whispers from the staffs. I felt their eyes on us the entire time... we were only having finger food, tea and trying to enjoy each other's company. All that was ruined because the staffs wanted to stand a few feet away and oggle. This is why I don't go to any non-black establishments. I feel like an outsider and my self-esteem lowers even more. I left a tip anyway, but only 10 bucks..(The worst thing was that not only were we Black, but we were Muslims and I feel as if that's why we were being stared at the way we were)

The banana cheesecake is soo good and the teas are divine. This space is charming with soft music, and surprisingly affordable. Tea comes in a teapot that stays heated. There’s also a robot that delivers you a birthday cake and sings happy birthday.

Super cozy prince tea house! The food was fresh too, definitely better than the PTH in Brooklyn to be honest. The molten lava cake was very sweet but the warm cake plus ice cream was a delight. I’ll be coming back!

Fun place to take tea with dessert fans who can dairy (only the mochi was a non dairy option.)Lovely tea options and the novelty of a cat robot server entertained my out of town guests:)

We ordered the brown sugar crepe cake which was so, so far from the delicate flavors I’m used to from Lady M. It was sickly sweet, coated in a gooey syrup, and each layer was filled with a perfumed crème that tasted like tobacco vape juice and dollar store perfume. I can’t express how bad it was — I eat entenmenns desserts as well as nicer things, and I sent it back. They didn’t offer an exchange, offering a 20% discount. we were not trying to scam them for a free dessert, so we had it cleared from the table. It’s galling to pay $10 +tax/tip for something this atrocious in Chinatown where there are so many good options. Save your money. Go to any other tea shop. The ambiance isn’t worth it. I personally hate the robot helper that brings food around, so the ambiance really wasn’t worth it for me.

I recently had a fantastic lunch experience at Prince Tea! The service was exceptional, and my chicken katsu was absolutely delicious. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. I enjoyed a delightful oolong lavender tea with my meal. I'm already eager to return, as I found the experience to be great value for the price. I'm also excited to try their desserts in the future! My servers were Jun & Josie ✨✨✨✨✨

What a fabulous find! Apparently there are several sites for this chain. We stopped at the one on Bowery in Chinatown. It appears no reservations are necessary as we could not find reservation information on the website. In comparing this with several other afternoon teas we have been to in Manhattan and elsewhere, this one stacks up beautifully and is a great deal for the price. The Ambience is really nice, the place is clean and the two young people who were at the front desk were very welcoming. We were promptly seated and shown the code to scan for the menu; however, there was also an afternoon tea menu on the table. We chose the afternoon tea for two. This includes two pots of tea, a mini fruit cup, and the usual scone and clotted cream, savories and sweets. I chose a Matcha tea which was promptly served piping hot and placed over a small flame. It was thick and rich, and the best Matcha I've ever had. My husband chose the black tea which was also steaming hot and strong.I can't believe how quickly everything came out and perfectly everything was served.. Everything appeared to be freshly made causing me to wonder how they do this. the savories were very interesting and one was definitely Asian combining crab with vegetables. For the price ($70 for two!) and quality this place can't be beat. Most of the other afternoon tea places charge more than that for one. There are also other menu items, some Asian inspired.
