Really great tea house with a huge menu of desserts, food, and teas. Service was friendly. The servers work so hard. Should have more than one bathroom for the size of the place though.

Came here during a trip to New York for dinner dessert. There was a bit of wait due to it being crowded, and it took a while for us to get a table. The ambiance inside is really aesthetically pleasing, with fancy looking decor and furniture. Once inside, I decided to get the purple yam mille crepe cake, which I found to be enjoyable. You can taste the purple yam, and there was a perfect level of sweetness and texture to it. Overall, it was a nice experience! I would be willing to come back to try some of their other crepe cake options.

Solid spot for amazing desserts if you are in the area! We got the boba crepe cake, the purple yam soufflé cake, and the matcha crepe brûlée — all were delicious! The interiors are well light and clean, service was very friendly and prompt as well. Highly recommend!

This could easily be an above 5stars location with a few minor adjustments. Food was for the most part above expectation. Inside ambiance did not disappoint but outdoor seemed cobbled together but still very comfortable & most importantly warm. Service was satisfactory. Mimosa was definitely 5+ star. They said it was orange juice & champagne alone but it tasted like it was infused with something else, as it was really really good. Had the Afternoon Tea for 2 and I would give the tower a 8 1/2 out of 10. The Scone was fresh, warm & tasty with whip butter & fruit preserves, the crab & shrimp filling in the basket was really excellent but the pastry or shell it was in, was average in comparison, the tzatziki which just seem to be cucumber with a little sauce on white bread & that was also very average but everything else great to excellent so it was like they are working to snatch mediocrity from the jaws of great. The Santa Fé Chicken Roll was fresh & delicious. We have the Oolong tea & the Scandinavian Organic detox tea which were both pretty good. We were seated outside & it was very warm & comfortable but I had to walk inside a few times & it was fairly noisy so I would suggest sound diffusion to the owners. Went on a mid Sunday afternoon & place was at about 80% capacity which to me was surprising as I thought there would have been more ppl. We will definitely be back to try other stuff in the menu & I would definitely recommend this place for good afternoon tea or brunch. My wife was satisfied with the portions on the tower but I thought it was a little light but I am greedy. Check it out.

It was my first time there, and honestly never heard of the place. So I went in eager to try some sweets, and honestly, the Lava cake was tasty, and enjoyed every bite. The vibe and service were good, felt comfortable being there, it was so cozy.

Great food, reasonably priced. I gave 4 stars because there is only one toilet available to both men and women, and the line is long! How did this place ever get a use and occupancy permit! No hooks in the bathroom to hang anything.

TLDR; great aesthetics, fancy tea drink, great food, helpful serviceAmazing atmosphere; The place oozes fancy high tea chat-time. It's a great place to go with your friends when you want some good tea and feel like a 16th century noble lady gossiping about other nobility. The tea here is super good, and I am a great fan of the floral teas. The rose milk tea and lavender milk tea are great. I think it's quite hard to infuse the floral flavor into the drink itself, and I think most places end up creating an artificial flavor. However, prince tea house does it right: the flowers don't taste like some random spray product to use in your bathroom but rather as though you've freshly picked one and held it up to your nose to enjoy the light yet lovely scent of a new bloom. Hats off to whoever created such an amazing infusion. The food itself is quite good but nothing out of the ordinary. I would say the portion size is pretty decent and filling. A lot of the deserts I had was shared between myself and my friends because the calorie count would kill me otherwise. My favorite is definitely their afternoon tea option. It's great, and most items are bite size. Their scone is absolutely phenomenal. It's so buttery and light. The other finger foods, though, are a little lacking after the scones, especially the savory ones. Some of them come out a little cold, which I wonder if it's done on purpose or not?

The chocolate molten lava cake and scone are my go to - soooo good

I got the taro molten lava cake that came with ice cream. The molten cake was yummy and fresh. The ice cream however was more icy than creamy To improve the experience, I would recommend they switch it out for a creamier ice cream to compliment the cake. The service feels a little rushed. I dined myself as a late night treat and it felt as though I couldn't enjoy my experience because they were ready for me to come in and get out as soon as possible. Also, keep in mind that if you don't spend $15 or more, you have to pay a $1 surcharge fee for paying with a credit card. The total without tip ended up being $14-$15 for one treat which is very expensive. The ambiance is nice and probably better suited for groups at tables or for a date. It's not very cozy considering the bright LED lights but it is decorated in a classic cute manner. The booth seating is very comfortable. If I do come back, it'll be with a group.

I absolutely love this place. Like every time I go, I am amazed at the beautiful design and decor. Like how in the world can humans have this much creativity. It sure points to an AWESOME God! ?? But seriously, this place is awesome. An amazing place to chill with friends and sit and chat while drinking tea out of dainty tea cups and their brown sugar boba crepe cake is out of this world. Like I actually can't describe the absolute deliciousness it has. The rose milk tea and English toffee milk tea are two of my favorites. I also like their fruit teas. I haven't yet had tea here that I didn't like. Now that's impressive. Because I've tried a lot of their teas. So basically, you should really go there if you're reading this. You should drop your bags, pick up your bone case, and head right away to the East Village and pay this amazing place a visit. Ok I think I'm done now. If you got this far, stop right now, AND GO TO THE PRINCE TEA HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!

They did a fabulous job with my daughter’s birthday. They were a little late in getting it going, but everything ran smoothly after. Lovely food and teas, great service, professional planning - I want to be back every year!

Prince Tea House is one of my favorite local dessert spots. The desserts and the tea selection are incredibly delicious. They make an incredible Matcha Green Tea Crème Brûlée, which is my personal favorite from the dessert menu. As for the tea, I always choose the Earl Grey Milk Tea. Prince Tea House also offers a food menu, such as salads, sandwiches, Eggs Benedict, avocado toast, chicken & waffles, and more. And the Eggs Benedict is available gluten free! The atmosphere is very chic and trendy, and never gets too loud. It provides a very intimate setting, and the service is swift. Maybe you're looking to get brunch, lunch, dinner, or dessert. Or maybe you simply want a warm tea. In any case, Prince Tea House has you covered!
