I came here around 9pm, and it was extremely loud, so loud that it was difficult to even hear myself while eating. I ordered the Earl Grey milk tea, but unfortunately there was a fruit fly inside the pot. It took quite a long time for them to remake the drink, which made the experience even more frustrating. Although the dessert was good, I wouldn’t come back due to the overall unpleasant experience.
Tea lover paradise! Everything is worth the money and travel to the city! Amazing variety of tea and desserts! Location: It is located in Ktown. Parking is a little hard. The interior has it's classy vibe! The teapots are really cute perfect for photo op! Lot of seatings inside with nice decor and furnitures. Pretty chill vibe! Service: they are nice, does not rush you and take time for you to choose what you want! Food: LAVENDER GREEN MILK TEA is to die for! It is my favorite because it's silky flavor, it reminds me of UBE flavor. ROSE LOVER Milk tea is also a must, very light and the milk is just the perfect amount. GREEN TEA CREPE is good, best green tea crepe, better than other high end bakeries. My favorite is the MIXED FRUIT MILLE Crepe cake, it is soo good, reminds me of fruit salad and it perfect for the holidays because of how it looks. PURPLE YUM MILLE CREPE: its another favorite, the ube flavor is subtle but good because its not that sweet. PURPLE YAM SOUFFLÉ: this warms my heart and tummy, they serve it warm, mixed it with the ice cream and it was the best! Price rating: 6 out of 10. Price is good for the food! Definitely will come back and try more dessert and teas! Get the Lavander Green Milk tea and Ube Souffle!

Every time I travel to New York, without fail, I will be coming here for lunch getting the same crispy chicken sandwich. It’s never a disappointment. It does get a bit crowded so I will say to get there as early as you can, but the wait it’s always worth it.

Beautiful place that was recommended by a local friend. Food portions are a decent size and the afternoon tea tower is also filling.
Love that you can adjust sweetness in their drinks.
The place is a little loud ans echoes so it was a bit hard to hear.
I got the Canadian bacon Benedict which was very tasty and filling. Canadian bacon was a little thicker but really tasty.
My friend got the tea tower and said their egg sandwich was amazing.

I came in excited to try the high tea, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The selection felt limited and the presentation didn’t quite live up to expectations. The pastries and sandwiches lacked freshness, and overall it didn’t feel worth the price for a high tea experience even though It was reasonable
I went with my kid, and the waitress was attentive and friendly, which made the experience a bit more pleasant.
That said, the rest of the food from the menu was much better. The desserts we ordered were flavorful and nicely prepared, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. I would definitely return for the regular menu, but I wouldn’t recommend the high tea.

out of most of the locations i've visited this one is by far the biggest in terms of space, and their decor looks pretty new too, nice and friendly staff, good place to go w friends to chat leisurely.

Amazing crepe cakes here! The portion is huge. I love to eat sweets. I could definitely eat like half a pint of ice cream in one sitting.
But I was only able to eat half in one sitting. The mango crepe actually tasted like real mangoes instead of like the mango juice you get at grocery stores. The green tea crepe cake tasted really strong and intense. You could tell it had a lot of real tea in it. I for sure could only have half as I would probably stay up at night if I had the full. But it was very rich and flavor and creamy.

Over brewed bitter tea in a teapot with a broken spout, no refills, ofc no sugar or cream, minimum tip was 18% even after having to chase down the servers to ask for anything, including trying to pay before leaving
