Princi used to be amazing (Milan and the old London). The nyc one is awful - pizza should be heated up and even sliced into correct slices with crust ratio. Appalling service who don’t even want to do their job. Amazing how a brand can become large and suddenly lose the magic.

Really cool to find Princi in New York, I have been for years a client on their London branch. Finest food as usual! Recommended
(Translated by Google) I asked for two slices of pizza, they gave me very cold, and when I asked for more heat, they didn't want to. I work at a pizzeria in Texas and I have to make sure everything comes out nice and hot. Bad service from the staff. Since he refused to heat my pizza more or give me a better one.(Original)Pedí dos rebanas de pizza, me las dieron bien frías, y cuando pedí que me calentaran más, no quisieron. Trabajo en pizzeria en Texas y yo tengo que asegurarme que todo salga bien y caliente. Mal servicio por parte del personal. Ya que se negó en calentarme más mi pizza o darme una mejor.
Amazing croissant with raspberry filling.
There are large selection of pastries and sandwiches. The latte was also good!

Amazing bread and pastries. The NYC location of an original Italian Bakery & Café straight from Milan, Italy. Once located near Times Square, it has now moved down to Chelsea
Great food and coffee, crowded, slow.
Low quality desserts, too expensive for poor service. There were no tables in the place to sit.
