Nice coffee shop. It has good quality drinks. They also serve vegan options, which is great. Could be just me, but the folks working there are not rude and are generally pleasant, but do come off pretentious.

Great coffee location. It’s very close to my house. The coffee is usually good but every once in a while it’s not. My wife and I have a running joke, trying to guess which way it’s going to go. We like it tho! We keep going!

The cofee here is so good! I ordered the decaf latte with oat milk and it was perfectly smooth but creamy and with a nice taste that wasn't bitter or anything. I think the Swiss water extraction helps so it doesn't use chemical decaffeination... more natural.
Now, the place nor location is all that good but the coffee is worth it!

I've lived in the area for 10 years, discovered this place a few days ago. The atmosphere is calm and excellent to cool off from the heat. The barita's attitude was a little cold but it was decent. I would return to this place.

I went to Proof Coffee Roasters for an iced latte. While waiting for my order, the barista got on the phone (presumably with a manager or the owner of the establishment) complaining that two Black men were sitting at a table outside of the cafe. I had walked past the men when entering the cafe, and they were simply sitting and chatting, not bothering anyone. After the barista got off the phone, she proceeded to harass the men outside, saying that they would have to leave or she would call the police. They offered to buy a coffee, but she refused to serve them. She then came back inside and called the police. One of the men came in and said that how she spoke to them was unacceptable (which was valid because she was very rude). She then proceeded to tell the officer on the phone that he was yelling at her (which was not true) and that she didn't feel safe. The men then peacefully left and she ran outside after them. At this point, it became very clear that the barista had no intention of making the latte THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR because she was too busy harassing two innocent Black men to do her job. So I ended up leaving without coffee before the police showed up to potentially further escalate this unnecessary situation. Would definitely never come back!

The drinks are OK. I do prefer Starbucks but it's further away from me. I like their sandwiches but they're pricey. 9 dollars each. I do enjoy the chai latte though. It's nice.

Always kind staff, nice calm atmosphere, music is never too loud, and the main reason I come here, the Iced Latte.The espresso roast they use here is just THE best and taste amazing.The cortado is a close second, also incomparable.Please add a little more signage outside! Easy to walk by if your not from around here and not even notice.One of my fave coffee shops.
