I paid $9 for a watery matcha, so light-colored that it could have passed for milk. There was a notice that they had to raise their prices— I wouldn’t mind paying slightly more if the quality of the drinks remained high. They also don’t provide straws anymore.

Once again, it was another fantastic experience. I adore this place since it is one of the few places in Harlem where you can find the needed peace in a busy, bustling world and even amazing conversation, whether you are an introvert or extrovert. However, the phenomenal apple pie I ate with my favorite French vanilla latte compelled me to write a review. It was more than just your regular pie. It was an experience. Forget the dry, overly processed pie you are used to. Let me tell you that the top of this dessert was like a warm cookie.
Meanwhile, the crust was so well made that you could count the layers. As a foodie, I can not find the words to do it justice. Just try it for yourself and thank me later.

They have good non dairy options for creamer, like macadamia nut milk. 😀 and decaf options. Even the decaf provided an energy boost that lasted all day and evening. Nice long table. Fairly clean. Several tea options, too. Would love to try some of their foods another time.

This place is a walking distance from my house. I come for a coffee maybe to work a bit and read some books. They have some books on their shelves that you can grab while ur sipping your matcha. Honestly I think it’s the only coffee shop of its kind in this neighborhood. Worth visiting if you’re in the area.

I just walked in for coffee but the atmosphere is phenomenal. Cozy yet spacious. Nicely lit and good coffee too. I would assume the food is delicious given that other patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves. Very quiet and a nice break from the din of the city.

Ordered a latte. The espresso was delicious and was a 10/10 cup of coffee. No bitterness and the perfect amount of foam. Would definitely come back.

Nice coffee shop. It has good quality drinks. They also serve vegan options, which is great. Could be just me, but the folks working there are not rude and are generally pleasant, but do come off pretentious.
