HORRIBLE service! Do not go there as pizza was meh compared to other spots in NYC. Mainly poor service and rude host/wait staff. Added photo of the punk with a goatee who works host desk that another reviewer also had issues with that was rude to me and my family. Clearly poor management if staff is not being held accountable for poor service and attentiveness to patrons.

Party of 1. Lots of empty seats. Took my order for spaghetti & meatballs, delivered it without parmsean cheese; reqursted it. Never brought it. Never checked to see if I wanted a refill on my drink. Watched the waiter be on his phone during my entire meal. Never checked to see if I needed anything. Not once. Food was ok but service was awful.

Passing through Grand Central, I’ve always noticed Prova tucked in the corner, and this time I finally stopped in after work for a drink. It wasn’t busy, so we grabbed seats at the bar. I ordered a Manhattan and it was definitely on the stronger side. Shout out to Alfredo!
I went with the garlic knots with mozzarella. It was really good but the dough was slightly undercooked, which was a little disappointing. :(

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was terrible—completely bland and flavorless. The garlic knots were dripping with oil, and the taste was so off I can’t even describe it. Total disappointment.

Our waiter was kind but the food omg.... Even I can make better spagetti than this... Never going back...there was a reason for Shake Shack being packed! and the pizzabar almost empty... We ordered 4 plates... was very hard to even finish one plate....

There had to be a worst NYC pizza slice, I'm just disappointed it's in Grand Central. Tried this place twice, and both times were absolutely nothing special. I could get better pizza actually anywhere else and thats really sad. I'm disappointed more than anything.

The quatto formiggo pizza was so salty 😔 Crust was okay but I couldn't finish half the slice. I tossed it. Wouldn't go back.
