I think this place works best if you're a large group of young Italians. Speaking not as one, the food is just ok and the music/ambience inside is loud and jarring. It's hard to get a word across leave alone a conversation. It's also pretty hard to get in at all as they do not respond to reservation requests on social media and do not take walk-ins during peak hours on any day.

Super yummy. Small restaurant, but they handled our large group easily. Live entertainment.

I do not recommend Puglia.
The food was nowhere near authentic Italian cuisine…it was more like cafeteria fare. Service was terrible: the waitstaff didn’t bother clearing the table between courses, leaving everything cluttered. The atmosphere was chaotic and uncomfortable. There was an older woman in a loud, ridiculous outfit singing horribly…honestly, it sounded like nails on a chalkboard. The music was so loud I had to leave before finishing my meal.
On top of all that, the place is nothing more than an overpriced tourist trap. They cram so many tables into the space that getting to the restroom is a challenge. Definitely not worth the money or the time.

Puglia has such a great vibe—super lively and perfect for group dinners. Great ambiance! We went with the prix fixe party menu for a group of 10, which included unlimited wine, beer, soda, and coffee served in pitchers and bottles for a mostly self served. The food is served family style.
The portions were decent, though maybe a bit tight for a group of 10. Service was definitely on the slower side. We came on a Wednesday night, it was surprisingly busy. The pacing of the meal felt rushed, with multiple dishes coming out back to back. Just as I started serving myself one plate, another would show up… and then another… Definitely no time to pace yourself or digest…
The garlic bread and baked clams were really good! The pasta and the rest of the dishes were just OK, meh. Nothing memorable.

Big restaurant with lots of seating. the spinach ravioli was delicious. The tomato paste was tasty with sweet tomatoes. Not sure if they added sugar or the tomatoes were sweet, but it was so good. The tomato paste wasn't acidic, which I was of. The garlic bread I can safely say was the best I ever had. The bread was soft with the garlic paste spread on top.

I have been going here since I was a kid. Always a great time with great music. The homemade wine is the best and can't beat the price. The house fried calamari is awesome.

The service was TERRIBLE. There were manyyy open tables in the main room, but the waiter put me and my family in the dingy dark backroom with no one else in there. There were only 2-3 tables taken in the main room, but the waiter refused to move us in the main room because he claimed it was “already taken.” But when we left the restaurant, there were just as many open tables. I felt this was racially motivated since my family and I are people of color. Do not come to this restaurant

Be ready: you must like loud music and dancing, this is not a traditional restaurant! The food is good and abundant, spaghetti were well cooked, but I was hoping for more flavourful meatballs. Garlic bread was on point!
