Service was friendly. There's quite a bit of counter space for it being inside Chelsea Market. Order at one end and pickup at the other. We got a chai latte. Tasted very watered down and not very hot. Had to add sweetener which they had available on the counter. Will pass in this place next visit.

Entire staff and management recently turned over, thank God. Fantastic coffee and the new team seems to doing their best to right the ship. Also, half of these bad reviews are tourists being surprised that coffee in NYC is expensive. ?

The coffee cost me $8.35. I ordered a flat white that was so burnt that I didn't drink it. It tasted truly bad. I tried to sip it multiple times but just couldn't get over how nasty the flavor was. Not worth going here.

Best coffee in the whole market!! Came by last Wednesday morning to try out the coffee & banana cake and it was delicious! The young lady was so sweet and offered us a sample of the matcha for the next time we came back free of charge.Came back again yesterday and tried their matcha and it was nice and strong (just how I love) Super quick and very fun and friendly staff! Def got themselves a loyal customer??

Terrible service. Felt racism towards Asians from the girls working behind the counter. Bad, bad watered down coffee.

Fantastic experience at the coffee shop! Marlene, who took my order, was exceptionally kind. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I plan on coming back. I visited a few years ago when the staff were rude, but now, under new management, things have improved. I would still recommend this place. I even bumped into Casey Neistat.

Great spot to grab an espresso or coffee at Chelsea Market! Espresso was strong - good for waking you up for your next food adventure!

Had a lovely and straightforward experience here earlier today when I was in need of a cappuccino. This hopping spot in Chelsea Market offers a short and sweet coffee menu with vanilla and lavender syrups available. The gentleman taking orders was super friendly and handled the steady flow of customers with ease. I thoroughly enjoyed my oat milk lavender cappuccino. Overall a tasty and positive coffee pit stop.

This whole area was really busy! After walking around on the high mile trail we stopped in for something refreshing. We opted for the sparkling tea. It was chamomile flavored. It was a lot of ice (see picture) for the price. The flavor was alright but with all of the other drink options in the area I'm not sure I'd be in a huge rush to come back.
