We had a reservation after a show and we arrived a little early. The restaurant was busy so they couldn't seat us early but we were happy to get out of the rain and have a place to use the restroom while we waited. We were seated in time and once we ordered the food arrived quickly. All four of us loved our entrees (seafood soup and various noodle and stir fry dishes). We live out of state but would happily come back on a future visit to NYC.

I went to Pure Thai to catch up with one of my mentors (who'd asked if I knew anywhere in Hell's Kitchen that'd have great food and good ambiance). I'm glad that I chose Pure Thai, a tried and true spot. Both of our plates were clean by the end of service, and I appreciate the staff for letting us chat after we'd finished eating without rushing us out for the next set of guests. 10/10 experience, and I'll sure to visit again.

We had a wonderful meal at Pure Thai- we started with the cold delicious sake drinks and the special steak salad- both outstanding. We then had a noodle dish with duck and the calamari in curry- fantastic - everything was bursting with flavor. Would highly recommed and will be going back! Thank you Pure Thai!

They enforced a 22% tip on our party of five without even asking. I’ve been to many restaurants before, and while larger parties often have tips included, we’re usually informed beforehand and told the tip amount. When I asked, they simply said it’s their policy—basically stealing from tourists.
