I cannot believe I came here to get my daughters pedicure paid $52.00. I was putting my money back in my wallet, when she gave me this dirty look and I said your welcome.. she starts screaming at me "tip, tip, tip with an angry face like she was blowing steam out her ears, I couldnt believe it! I had the tip money in my pocket ready to give to the lady but I said I will never tip anyone who talks to me like that EVERRR. They lure you in because it is clean and looks more upscale than other salons in the city but their actual services are awful. Their gel manicure chipped after one day. When I went in to get it fixed they were rude and extremely reluctant to help me, made me wait, and copped an attitude when I asked for my hands to be lotioned after the service. I suspect they thin their polish to cut costs? Why else would there be so many negative reviews of the QQ Nails all over the city?...read full review
I tried this place out since it's so close to home. First for a manicure that lasted only 3 days but I went back for a pedicure and it's a hard pass. The place up charges, asks you for tip and then there is no post service or any service. A big NO for me.
