Somehow, I hadn’t been back to Quantum Leap since before they moved out of their original location in the village in the mid 2010s! Still has a similar vibe. Yes, they market as a vegetarian restaurant and confusingly do serve some chicken and fish, but 85-90% of the menu is vegan. My husband and I had the best experience here this evening! The food was so fresh and delicious! We each had Impossible burgers and they even have vegan cheese as well as vegan multi grain buns. The peanut butter chocolate milk shake and chocolate cake with vanilla cream (all vegan) we're the perfect desserts to complete our meal. Not too sweet either. My first experience at this vegan restaurant was excellent. They offer a wide variety of menu options across different cuisines, all of which are impressive. The food is very good, and we especially loved the blueberry peach pie—it’s low in carbs and not overly sweet. Highly recommended.
