7 ft tall bartender was great ! Very nice, the best service I’ve had thus far. The food was amazing. I had the 40 oz tomahawk, well worth it. If you want NYC steakhouse experience this is a great place to get it.

The waiters were decent, the food was pretty good. The Hostess didn’t really care to help us get the seat we wanted we had to ask the waiter who had helped us. After that we had another server who was not attentive I had put in the reservation that it was my girlfriend’s birthday. Which they overlooked. So I walked up to the hostess and told her about the birthday reservation which she then replied “oh yes I see it” they never brought her the the candle with the brownie which I was very upset about. The octopus was over cooked but the lamb chops were pretty good. We paid and left without getting anything for her birthday. I spent about $350 at the end of it all and the service was dar from great.

The hostess service was terrible from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a ‘you shouldn’t be here’ attitude for no reason. All I wanted was Oysters. The feminine male host (so management knows exactly who this is) was especially rude, dismissive & unhelpful!!!! YOUR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, get another job!!!
The way I was treated felt biased, and I truly believe I would not have received that treatment if I were WHITE. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional! Reflects poorly on this business and its leaders. What a shame.

La verdad es que fuimos por la vista, cuidado con esto. No puedes reservar el área específica que quieres, te dice que según lleguen puedes tomar la mesa, vaya sorpresa cuando se va una mesa para nosotros acceder le dieron el espacio a otro grupo. Un mesero nos habló mal delante de todo el Restaurant, fueron muy clasistas. Excepto por un mesero Doninicano, él le dijo al mesero que nos insultaba que no debía hablarnos así, y que buscara al manager. Para mí fue una mala experiencia. No volvería. Además si vas por las mesas de la ventana por la vista. La otorgan según a quien ellos deseen

The service here is paramount and really fantastic. The food was nice, but this food is not on par with the price they charge. It’s not bad, and I don’t regret the visit. The atmosphere is also really great, but the live plants invite gnats and I had to swat a few away.

Overall was a quality experience the steak was served cold unfortunately but didnt complain regarding it. The waiter was very courteous. The food I would give anywhere from 3 to 4 stars. Atmosphere was great with incredible views.
I will note though they do seem to judge there customers based on class and other factors which impacts seating arrangements and where they may place you which can sit you next to louder customers or those who may have not dressed up for the occasion. But overall is a great restraunt.

This restaurant was our first stop of our trip, we came in for lunch, & it ended up being one of our favorite meals, drinks, & service our entire trip! Bruce, the manager, was beyond friendly and we found out he grew up near where I live and surprised us with a round of champs! He also gave us lots of recs for bars/places to visit while in town. Staff was top notch and view was beautiful! Will definitely be back on my next trip!
