We have been here a few times and have always enjoyed food and great service. The drinks are top notch and they do a great job with the grilled octopus.

The food's mid and overpriced. I got the Caesar salad with salmon, and the salmon literally had no taste. Plus, the waiter totally forgot one of our orders, so half of us ate while the other person had to wait an extra 20 minutes.

We hosted a birthday celebration here for my love . The atmosphere was delightful, complemented by a stunning view. The food was not only delicious but also served in generous portions.

The manager at Queensyard is the reason this situation escalated the way it did.
I want to make this very clear: the reason this experience at Queensyard became as intense and unacceptable as it did was entirely because of the manager’s behavior, not ours.
After dealing with rushed and disrespectful service from the staff, I simply asked to speak with the manager to let him know what happened. I didn’t ask for a discount. I didn’t ask for anything to be removed from our bill—which was over $600. I only wanted him to be aware of the situation.
Instead, he approached us already in full defense mode. He refused to listen, refused to let us speak, and refused to acknowledge anything we said. He immediately went into confrontation, reading policies that had nothing to do with our concerns. He wasn’t interested in resolving anything—only in defending himself and his staff.
But what truly shocked us was how unprofessional, aggressive, and erratic he became. He tried to twist the situation to make us look like the problem. He even tried to falsely accuse us of using racial slurs—something we would never do. This accusation was completely untrue, especially since he was the one who brought up race twice, not us. His behavior was manipulative and inappropriate.
His aggression escalated to the point that he called the building’s security guards to kick us out—as if we were trash on the side of the road or as if we had created the chaos he was responsible for. What he did not expect was that the security guards would actually see his behavior for themselves.
The security guards handled the situation professionally. They first went to him to hear his side, and then they approached us to hear ours. While they were speaking to us, they witnessed with their own eyes how the manager behaved. He repeatedly walked over to interrupt, cut us off, and talk over us—even while we were calmly explaining what happened. He continued to disrespect us and refused to let anyone speak but himself.
His actions didn’t calm the situation—they amplified it. His constant interruptions and unprofessional attitude are what caused us to become frustrated and upset. Even the security guards recognized how erratic he was.
When the security guards escorted us outside—not because of us, but because the manager insisted—they still witnessed his behavior. He even tried to circle back around the entrance to antagonize us again, and the security guard had to tell him directly that he was not helping the situation.
The truth is simple:
This entire incident escalated because of the manager — his aggression, his defensiveness, his manipulative behavior, and his complete lack of professionalism.
I have never experienced such unacceptable conduct from a manager in any restaurant. Because of him, I would never return to Queensyard or recommend it to anyone.

This restaurant was almost perfect! It's just a bit too pricey - I would say it was worth the price. The ambiance was breathtaking, and beautiful for pictures! The service is great, staff was friendly and welcoming. My friend and I ordered one main dish each, one drink each, one dessert and the total for these six dishes plus tips totaled $400+. Overall, I would recommend it!
Food was great, service was okay. However upon leaving the restaurant (closing time). Me and my two friends noticed that they overcharged us for the incorrect party of people. I reserved a table for 3 people so the did it intentionally to charge us for a higher gratuity and also added two beers to our receipt that we did not order. Our server was Sergio, I don’t know if this was a mistake but it should not happen especially since the restaurant was not in high volume. I didn’t bother to tell them anything because we left when the mall was closing and they already closed their doors.

Absolutely extraordinary restaurant. This restaurant is phenomenal for date night, a night out with friends, or a business dinner. I was here for a business dinner and was absolutely blown away. The staff all went above and beyond, the food was incredible, the atmosphere was gorgeous, inviting, and warm. This is probably one of the best places I have ever visited in New York City and it was a 10 out of 10, I cannot wait to come back!

Queensyard never fails me ,even the hamburger was great .They sat us in front of the Vessel ..Top ten of favorite restaurants in my book .
The food looked beautiful, but wasn't necessarily delicious. The price exceeded its intrinsic value. The waiters were very friendly, and they charged a 20% service charge, which is understandable. However, always check the bill carefully when paying, otherwise you'll find many unnecessary charges. For example, the cake-cutting fee was $10 per person. Our party had 16 people, and we brought two cakes to celebrate, and they charged us $320. Although they eventually removed it after we questioned them, it created a bad experience. In conclusion, this restaurant felt more like a tourist trap.
