I don’t buy Mobile Cart food much , but this one was good . I just had a 5 min break and didn’t have time to go to a restaurant to order food . Rafiqis had no customers and quickly went and ordered. The price on Tyne right side of the truck isn’t the right amount . They increased the price and had a different rate on the front of the cart ..

Got felafel over rice .. felafel was fresh ….i actually liked their saffron rice . It was fresh and tasted good . They gave it with salad and some sauce on the top. Costed about 11$ , which isn’t bad . Quantity of rice was small but it was good enough ! My friends had lamb over rice and they liked it . Good experience overall …

You can do sooo much better than this cart just a block south and across the street. Here, you can expect the smallest portions you'll ever see from a cart, and even if you work at 1 Park Ave (the build the cart is directly in front of) the food will be cold when you get to your desk/office/whatever. You can do better for taste, price, and quality almost anywhere. If there's a line, it's likely raining ;) Rafiqi's is a chain of carts, and I've had good from them in the past, but this one you should avoid.

Best chicken rice platter in the City! Big portion, inexpensive street truck dining.

Very bad cart. The guy just gave one spoon (big) of rice & few tiny lamb slices. Taste is horrible as well. He was Dishonest I would say. It’s not worth $8.75
