Rafiqi's is a small Halal food truck chain in NYC. this cart is part in front of Barnes & Noble. this is a small cart. it looks pretty clean. you can see your food being cooked as there are transparent panels in front of the grill. it's a small menu of meat + rice platters as well as a few pita sandwich options.recently got the chicken over rice which was pretty satisfying and filling. the chicken is seasoned well and watched as it got chopped and up and cooked on...
Very good and inexpensive Union Square halal truck.
This place on the corner of East 17th Street and Union Square West/Broadway is quite good. Yes there are better halal food trucks in the City, but this one is good, cheap, centrally located, and the line is not too long. Halal Guys is better of course, but you will have to wait. Here there is almost no wait.

This is the GREATEST food cart with AWESOME hot dogs in NYC HANDS DOWN!!!!! Great prices and awesome workers! The guy with the leather brimmed hat is the BEST!!!! No matter how weird I get with toppings, he aims to please!!!! PLEASE JUST GOOOOO THEEEEEERRRRREEE!!!!!!!
