Unbelievably rude staff:While receiving the food myself and other customers literally wer shouted at for no reason. It was like a movie prison scene.While waiting for the bathroom another staff member wistled to me to move forward. There was no reason for that anyway.They literally look down at their customers.Not clean:Tables were not clean. Bathrooms were not clean. I hope the kitchen was clean.Other:Missing cutlery and napkins. In the end we didn't eat the salads because we didn't want to get humilated asking for cutleries.If it wasn't the location near time square they would loose business definitely.

The food is delicious, but not spectacular, it seems very similar to other fried chicken places. The location is good and the portions are large, with 2 large combos we ate 4 people. The atmosphere is also good

Raising Cane’s a very touristy, but yet still has great chicken fingers, fries, and a fun atmosphere. I don’t normally go to Times Square restaurants, but since I live in the South, it was hard to resist not stopping in! You’ll enjoy it especially at night!
