I love Ralph's as much as the next guy/girl, but I'm sorry, $6.50 for a SMALL water ice is completely and utterly obscene. It was $5 and change last year, and there is not a reason on earth we should have seen a 20%+ increase.

Whoever Mr Ralph is, he’s got some damn good Italian ice. I highly recommend the lemon lime as it tastes exactly like sprite in Italian ice. I would recommend getting a small if you’re set on one flavor. The ice is cholesterol free and fat free, so it’s great for a post run or cardio refuel.

There was a staple in my black cherry ice cream. A staple! My wife, daughter and I really enjoy Ralph's and if they had handled this better, I wouldn't be writing this. I pulled the staple out of my mouth and put it back in the cup so I could walk back a few blocks to show the woman at the counter. Could I have made a huge deal in front of the long line? Yes. Could I have shown everyone? Yes. But that's not me. I was very calm, showed her and she said "Yup, that's from our delivery, do you want your money back or another one?" I was so confused about the delivery part, I just asked for my $5 back.
After about a week of calling the store, I finally got in touch with the owner who said that they staple their Door Dash orders next to that flavor, which shocked me that he'd say that and that they were doing so with open containers. I asked for $200 to Ralph's, could take care of a birthday party, to which he said he'd have to talk to his partners. I haven't heard back in almost a month. It's just disappointing that service would be handled this way, especially for a neighborhood spot that we enjoy so much.
So, next time you order, ask where they staple their delivery orders in order to ensure that it's not near the product.

I would have loved to try your icee but your staff was rude, didn't greet me. I asked him if he speaks to other customers and he started to speak to the Papaya dog staff in another language. I refuse to spend my money in a place where a person serving me can't display basic manners and decency.

Since early childhood, Ralph’s ices have been my favorite dessert. Today I ordered in a few pints of ices, it came very quickly (not melted at all!) and as always, so delicious.
If you are lactose intolerant or get bad reactions to very rich desserts, their ices are dairy free and made with water. I am sensitive to dairy and this is a reliable dessert for me that I really suggest trying.
Dietary restrictions: Lactose Intolerant approved italian ices (made with water!)
