Vanilla chocolate soft serve twist
The girl working (albeit by herself) took exceptionally long with the orders, spilled a customers order, and to top it off I found this plastic in my ice cream.
I like their spice aisle.
~ Easy Italian Ice~
Fun, casual Ice cream and Italian ice spot in the East Village. Endless options of flavors to choose from. Pistachio and Twist on cones are tasty and fill the stomach. I wish I could be able to look closely at the display but it's not possible.
The shop had everything I needed in stock.
Always easy to find bottled water.
Staff are quick to restock shelves.
The shop was well supplied.
They carry fair-trade coffee.
Had to wait in line for a massively overpriced (almost $7) for an ordinary-tasting, small, soft-serve ice cream cone.

Impressive selection of flavours including solid ice cream, soft serve, shaved ice, and cream ice (milk based shaved ice I think??).
Flavour selection is broad, if a little repetitive (so many variations of PB). The shaved ice is unique and the soft serve is above average but not too high in quality.
Cream water no bueno
Do not order the smoothies that are actually just water ices. So yes, it is just icy water with artificial flavoring for ten bucks. It would be one thing if she told me that's what it was but I said do you have smoothies and she said yes. That was definitely not a smoothie just telling you so you're forewarned
Joshua and Jaden were so amazing during my time at Ralph’s . They both recommended a flavor that I get all the time with mango and it was so good . I always come here and it was my first time meeting them. The experience was a great one. Thank you guys!
10/10 for ices, I come here everytime I’m in LES
