We waited for 50 minutes in line and they didn’t even seat us. The pastry was just average and coffee was fine. They didn’t have the chocolate cake either. The shop looks nice but i dont think it was worth the wait.

I love the cold brew and matcha lemonade at Ralph’s. It’s perfect to grab and take to Central Park. Just note that the line can get long during the holidays.

The food was disgusting. The coffee was a 2/10 . My croissant was hard . And the waiter never came back we had to keep talking to different people . Not worth the money and not worth the time . I suggest going to Starbucks or checking out the coach coffee shop .

Quaint coffee shop in the Ralph Lauren department store. Up to a 45 minute wait but we only waited 20 minutes. Excellent Americano and hot chocolate. Lemon almond flourless cake was light and delicious Highly recommended when in NYC
